This place is awesome. I’m 350lbs so you know I love to eat. The ribs are fall off the bone tender. Brisket super moist. You have to try the Baked potato, this thing is Huge!!!

Delicious!! Dont let the fact it’s in the back of a gas station throw you off. Everything was so juicy and flavorful. Great portion sizes, diverse menu. The owners are extremely kind and you can tell they love what they do.

AMAZING! Pure eating enjoyment! The bbq brisket burrito is out of this World! The tacos were awesome, the turkey legs were awesome, and the fried okra was amazing! Took the family and we all were super full with leftovers! Owner was there and welcomed us to the neighborhood. We will definitely be back. Fantastic food with friendly staff!

We got the Big Boy Sampler with Fried Zucchini and Fried Okra. We didn’t get to try the ribs because they were out, so we substituted Chopped Brisket for the ribs. The sides were great and the meat was excellent. The sauce was very good and they gave us just enough for our family (two medium containers filled 2/3 of the way).

Machs BBQ did the catering for my wedding and they did a phenomenal job. Not only do they serve the best BBQ hands down the were completely professional. They came in and beautifully decorated all the catering tables and even took time to add beautiful touches to our drink table so they would all match. They came and set up and cleaned everything up. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. They definitely provide enough food. I had over 100 guests at my wedding and all bellies were full and plenty of food left over. Hands down this is the choice for BBQ no matter how big or small your party is.

The brisket is delicious and the sauce is homemade! They also make the best breakfast tacos and burritos around. If you are looking for good barbeque without the long wait, go to Macks. It is located inside the downtown Fate Shell gas station. I do believe they serve appetizers and desserts there as well. You won’t regret it.

This place is absolutely awesome. I have been searching for a BBQ joint as good as Shirey’s BBQ back in the day. The brisket was tender, lean and full of flavor, the turkey was juicy and tasty, the fried pickles (spear) were the bomb, and the qifw gives the Mac and cheese a 4/5. I’m hard to impress with BBQ, but I will definitely be back to Mack’s!
