The food is great, but the Asian guy up front is very rude and has a nasty attitude. The last time I visited, his attitude was just horrible. If you like to spend your money in an establishment and get treated badly, then this is the place for you.

it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. the food was ok. not worth 17.99 for an 8 piece wing meal. if you haven’t visited before you would be confused about what door to walk in, where to order and where to hear your number being called, where to pick up your order. If you wanted to eat at a local chicken place this would be ok if there were no other options. at least it didn’t take long, but we came on a Thursday and it wasn’t crowded.

Horrible phone service , rude hang up immediately makes me never wanna order there , the food is ok but it seems like the owners are a little arrogant because of it . I’ve never called in to an establishment that just hangs up before you even say something, or they will just flat out hang up . Grow up or yall wont go far . Prices are dang near worse than Popeyes

Call to place a order I rushed off the phone stating I had to come in if I didn’t have a catering size order… I pulled to the restaurant to order a chicken & waffle plate and was ignored by the old Chinese man and black younger male… waited 10 mins and still never got my order taken. And no other customers were there… poor customer service

I enjoy Macks chicken but from time to time you’ll get old chicken and very small pieces. Usually you get your food to go and don’t discover it until after you’ve left the restaurant. This is an issue for me because I spend my money for fresh food.
