First time here, first time in Tremonton! Read some reviews and a lot of folks seemed to complain about the service. I must say, ours was great. Fast (faster than a lot log other chains I’ve been to) food was good (had the turkey and Swiss) they even accidentally made two sets of drinks by accident and gave us both (one for the road!) the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is the tip. If you want a tip for a place without wait staff, just charge me more for the food. It’s a bit off-putting. Other than that, I’d come back any day.

Great food and quality staff. They aren’t the fastest, but for the quality of the food, it’s worth the wait. The prices are all relatively cheap, I would recommend the Greg burger and their shakes.

I gave Mack’s another try after a few bad experiences. I won’t go back. I had a flat drink, messed up order once again, no straws, now they want a tip too in the drive thru.. not ever going to happen it’s horrible service and mediocre food. It’s a bummer this place went so far down hill.

This is such a great place to eat! I have loved everything I’ve ordered from Mack’s. They have freshly made-to-order burgers and sandwiches. I highly suggest the pastrami burger and grilled cheese. They have great drink mixes. Milkshakes from Mack’s cannot be beat.
