Wings are good but the staff needs to let the customer know if you order 40 or more wings please come ASAP so they can cook them this was what I was told. If not on the phone someone will say the order will be ready in 20 minutes. But really they want cook them until someone see your face. I was there 20 min waiting on a 40 piece and I waited 20 min before i arrived. I would have been very HAPPY if it took 5 min to shake them. But overall the wings was Good customer service wasn’t that great.

Food came out within 35 minutes of me ordering it. Back in 2017/2018, the food would’ve came out within 15-20 minutes and the quality of the food was better. I don’t know what the issue is… whether it’s the cooks in the back or the cashiers up front not doing their job but I’m disappointed. It may seem minute but it can be a big deal if it the situation doesn’t get resolved quickly. I’m not coming back here until they get things straightened out.

This was the worst service I ever experienced. Combos didn’t come with drinks and when I received my burger it was pink on the inside. I went back and got my burger recooked and when I looked at my burger it had one pickle and two bottom buns. When I ask for a top bun the cashier told me it was the same thing, basically that bread is bread… Don’t eat here

– 1⭐️ These were the most disgusting wings & onion rings that I’ve had(not ever had) just had !! The wings looked good but looks are VERY deceiving. I asked for well done onion rings and of course they were burnt. The cashier had the cooks to recook them for me, burnt again. She advised me that the onion rings are cooked in the SAME grease as the wings, gross who does that OMGoodness. I will not patronize this restaurant ever again. This is just my opinion

Horrible experience and staff, I thought the days of racism were in the past but low and behold the employees at this establishment called my friend the “N” word because he complained his burger wasn’t cooked throughly and asked for a refund worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. First of all the owner is a liar , secondly take a second to Google search “macland wings and more health score” watch all the news videos and articles that show you what a disgusting place this is, they scored a 42 just a few months ago. Owner will claim they fixed it but the place is a wreck. The cashier will try to fight you and is extremely lazy, the owner will say he has great security cameras and then claim you started it which is a lie. He needs to just shut down I can’t believe the health department let’s this continue.

We were coming to this place once a week and things were good. Today we understood the low rating. The service was horrible. The food was wrong and we waited over half an hour after watching 7 different people come and order AFTER us and get their food BEFORE us. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had one order of hot lemon pepper and one order of honey hot teriyaki. Honestly, the hot lemon pepper was nasty and the others had a saffron-ish taste to them. So they were ok at best. Wanted to give the place a try due to them being the only wings spot in the area, but also realize ppl from Georgia eat anything!!
