Best scallops we’ve had in Maine. Tender, buttery, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

This is a restaurant in Bucksport Maine. We had a steak dinner shrimp and scallops and it was delicious. Our server Emma very friendly and accommodating. The prices were reasonable.

Great place in the quaint little town of Bucksport. We ate here 2 of the 3 nights we were in town. We would have dined there all 3 nights but they were closed Sunday. All the food we had was excellent as was the presentation. The sweet and sour collard greens are to die for! The service was friendly and top notch. The atmosphere was comfortable and the location was perfect since we were staying across the street at the Fort Knox Park Inn. Due to being short staffed, reservations are required. This restaurant is a must if you’re staying in the area or just passing through.

Very fine place to eat. Enjoy the seventy music, was great. Got to see a couple in their senior years for a first date I believe. My feelings might not work out. But I hope it will. Cherish a very good dinner with the wife. Starting a new adventure, and this meal was a great start. Sorry got a picture of dessert only. Meatloaf was great.

Called at 6:45 for a reservation at 7:30, arrived right on time and were told the kitchen was too backed up and they wouldn’t seat us. What’s the point of making a reservation if you drive all of they way there to get turned away?

My dining experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory, and the one word that best describes it is “mediocre.” The cajun halibut, in particular, was a major letdown with its complete lack of seasoning—no salt whatsoever and a scarcity of blackening spices. This resulted in a disappointingly bland and unappetizing dish that left much to be desired. I am certain I won’t be considering a return visit anytime soon.

We just left after having our anniversary dinner here and I honestly cannot think of anything remotely negative to say. The staff that we interacted with were all friendly and informative and quick! Food and drinks came out in a timely fashion, tasted great, and were definitely worth the prices (included in pictures)! Highly recommend!

This is great without a doubt! I normally don’t write a review right after dining. But this one is worthy. Plus, the staff is super friendly and courteous.

Stopped here after reading all the great reviews on our way to Acadia and we were so happy we did! The basil stuffed riccota ravioli special was so delicious we all would have ordered it! The french onion soup was one of the best I have ever eaten. The meat on the ribs was so tender and the meatloaf was delicious, just a tad sweet for our liking. The coconut cream pie was so creamy Service was wonderful as well. Thank you for a memorable meal in Maine.

Very bad experience, service was very slow to almost none existent, after waiting almost an hour for a hamburger we just walked out. Hostess was extremely rude to us as we left. We are very local only reside a few blocks from the restaurant, we will never return and will spread the word about our experience to our neighbors and friends!
