The food is good almost completely. The first time it was good but the noodles were partially done but really not done the sauces were great. The second time the food was perfect. The third time the noodles were partially done and the broccoli was a different temp or semi cold, the lobster I didn’t even hardly see on the plate. Overall it’s good just not consistent and the prices are super high. I mean $2.00 to add onions, why tho? $47.00 for lobster, shrimp, mushrooms, and broccoli. Could really have gone to Red Lobster. Stick with small portions due to pricing.

Let me tell you about this place! If you haven’t tried it then don’t sleep any longer on this place. It seems like a lot for some Mac n cheese but it’s well worth it. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had the Seaside which included salmon, lobster and fried shrimp. Best Mac ever and I absolutely can not wait to come back. The service was outstanding as well.

Went in for lunch today and was incredibly happy, everything from the food to the service was fantastic. I had the angry buffalo and my girlfriend got a byo Mac and cheese, both were delicious and incredible portions for smalls. Also had the opportunity to speak with the owner who was incredibly friendly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all of my friends.

This place popped up on Maps. And since I LOVE mac n chez made it my destination. Non descript little street mall. Inside was lots of colors, VERY clean and smelled fantastic. Nicest young lady came up and I asked what was the best sellers she said steak mac was first. I ordered that. Came out quickly and smelled fantastic. Cheese sause was flavorful and savory, to me the best sauce Ive had in quite a while. Noodles had the right bite to them, not to soft. Steak was terrific, small bites done very well. Tender and flavorful as well. Nice serving of fried onions on top and tasted like a steak sauce based drizzle that was delicious!! I ordered the Birria mac to go and the next day popped it in the oven to warm. When the mac was hot, pulled it out and it was perfect. Same fantastic mac n cheese base, and the birria topping was excellent. Made the perfect breakfast!! Staff was very friendly, helpful and spot on with the recommendations!! Many more types of toppings so this is on my Go To places to hit again and again!! Stop in you will not be sorry!!

Hmm. Kinda very disappointed but only because my hope were really high for this place. I love Mac&Cheese but this was more like mac&soup. Way too much of the whatever sauce they use, not enough Mac or Cheese. The meat was good, the chicken was okay. Don’t get me wrong it was flavorful but it was not real good/decent/great Mac&Cheese. Great noodle soup tho!

Was my first time trying them out took my kid with me it was absolutely delicious we really enjoyed the food next time I’ll have to get a small order I almost couldn’t finish my meal my kid took his with him home! I’ll definitely go back try other entries. FOX21 news got me interested in their establishment if you haven’t gone you definitely need to try them out.

Honest-to-god the best mac and cheese ever had in my life. We got the Macnificent, the Angry Buffalo, & some key lime pies. Dear God was this good. Have been wanting to visit this place and have been putting it off, this is your sign to go there right now and stuff yourself full of mac and cheese.

SO. Dang. Good. You will not regret it! My husband and I are visiting from out of state, and my husband just happened to find this hidden gem on Google because we wanted to try something local. We are SO glad we came!! It’s been our best food experience in Colorado so far and now we’re wishing we could take this restaurant home to Texas with us! The lovely young lady at the front who took our order was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. There were so many good options on the menu it was hard to choose, so we decided to make a little “flight” of Mac n cheese by ordering smalls of 3 different flavors. From left to right, we got the Birria, the Steakhouse, and the Buffalo Chicken. I kid you not, with every bite, my husband and I could not stop raving about how good everything tasted!! We’re planning to go back before the end of our trip to take some home with us!! 10/10 recommend!
