The pizza was good but they shorted us on wings. This little piece of bone with no meat on it was thrown into the box and counted as a wing and with the price of wings these days I’d expect to at least get the right amount. I also ordered crispy but they were really soggy. 🙁 Normally they are pretty good here and super nice so kind of disappointed.

Ordered the white gold pizza, upon pickup I decided to open the box before leaving to see if it was as good looking as the Instagram photo. Well instead I found out I received the “Cali gold” pizza. Staff was friendly about remaking the pizza and i was told I was getting a partial refund for their mistake and the time I was going to wait for the remake. I waited an additional 30 minutes which is fine. The remake of the actual white gold pizza was really good. I’d give 4 stars if I had actually received the partial refund I was promised

Best ‘za in the 716. Anytime I’m in (or around) Buffalo, I order a pie to-go and eat it back home in Rochester. I love their classics, but Macy’s also delivers big time on funky flavors for those who aren’t pizza purists. There’s literally something for everyone, I couldn’t recommend them enough. The kale chicken Cesar pizza was good but wished there was more kale. Would have liked my wings a little more crispy but that’s a personal preference that I’m sure they would oblige if asked. This was my 1st time and I would order again. They have a huge variety of pizza and subs

Best damn pizza ive ever had. I thought it was gonna be a little weighty because of the toppings but I got it well done and it did not disappoint. Garlic pesto with half broccoli and sesame seeds on the crust. *chefs kiss* I ordered the curly fries but they forgot my blue cheese but i am absolutely willing to over look it for this pie. I’ve heard so many great things about this place, so I had to try it. They have great prices on lunch specials however the pizza just just ok. The cheese and pepperoni tasted good just greasy and crust was thin and soaked up most of grease. The chicken finger slice was heavy with an interesting addition of ricotta however was bland and once again the crust just soaked up all the grease. Not sure if I would stop by again

I ordered online, when I picked up my food, it wasn’t hot. The fries were cold, the massive piece of fish was sort of warm, the pasta in the pasta salad was gummy, the slaw was good, and the potato salad was okay. I’m sure it would have been better if it had been fresher. I’ll give it another try in the future. There’s not much of a greeting when you walk in either, but oh well, I’m not there to socialize

Ordered a pizza from here, Showed the cashier what my family had wanted off the menu. Waited 25-30 min for our food. Ended up making the wrong pizza, instead of offering a refund or to make another pizza the cashier just threw half cooked Pepperoni on top of the pizza and sent us on our way..
