Mad Chicken started out of our love for good food and lack of real unprocessed ingredients in the food industry nowadays. Being born into the Egyptian culture, food was the main thing that brought our family and friends together, and we wanted to bring that passion and home feel for our customers as well.
Fried food doesn’t always mean junk food when you use fresh, real, natural ingredients, and this is what our customers love about us.

I went for lunch on a monday, a few customers already in the restaurant. Very friendly cashier. Menu is big on TV screens. Cool painting above counter. Food came out quick and hot. Buffalo hoagie was really good. And Mad Fries were great. I liked the super crispy waffle fries. The Mad Fire sauce was really tasty. Mac and cheese was good too.

The cashier was friendly and took our order. Offered sauces and shared options on menu and combos. Had an accent but never anything to remove stars for. Chicken was fresh and real. Hot, made to order and was tasty. Sauces made it though!

My significant other suggested ordering from here. She’s had it before while it being my first time trying their food. DoorDashed and must say the chicken wasn’t the one “Mad”. Gave a can soda at price of an actual cup, no “Mad Sauce” on the bowl, and yet we find ketchup and a straw? Food wasn’t bad, but I was left dissatisfied.

Food was great, customer service was great, food came out reasonably fast but not too fast & it was HOT I had to wait to eat my food which isn’t common for a fast food joint lol. Love Mad Chicken, so glad there is one closer to my house now.

We had a late night of working in the yard and needed some dinner. The late service hours are awesome. We had the chicken tenders, delicious, juicy and tender. Plenty of dipping sauces to choose from, we went Mad Fire has the perfect amount of heat. The wings were cooked to our request perfectly slightly extra crispy. Definitely will go back to try some of the other menu items.

Ive ordered here pretty often. i always drove out to Milwaukee just so i could get some of their food and was super excited when they opened up out here. I guess i set my expectations too high. every-time I ask for extra mad sauce on doordash i get charged and theres nothing “extra” about it. When I go in person so i can make sure the extra sauce i find myself always sitting at super sticky tables. I want this location to do better.

Terrible!!! Ordered online for 5 of us at work today for pick up at 11 AM. We showed up at 11 AM to pick up. Told they didn’t open for 10 minutes. We let them know it was already 11 AM and we had an online order to pick up. The employee grabbed the order off the printer and asked if it was ours, clearly never starting it. He said give them 10 minutes and it will be ready. We ended up waiting 30 minutes with no apology at all. Food was not good at all. Very bland and low quality ingredients. One person in our group ordered a buffalo chicken bowl and got no buffalo sauce. Just plain chicken. It should have been a red flag when we were the only people in the restaurant for a whole half hour during lunch time. Do yourself a favor and go to Daves Hot Chicken down the road. Their food is always on time, hot and perfectly done.

Not a pleasant experience. The dining room was dirty and had atrocious music playing very loudly. The fountain machine wasn’t connected, so all they had was soda cans. The chicken was of good quality, but was insufficiently seasoned. The waffle fries and onion rings were both undercooked and soggy, and the waffle fries lacked seasoning. Given the prices, I would have expected better. Dave’s Hot Chicken is a much better option in this area.
