I just walked out of this restaurant tonight because of the rudeness of the staff. This is my third terrible experience with the staff at this location. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes being ignored then the woman finally came over, rolled her eyes at me without even a hello. I’ve reported the issue to the regional manager about these same employees but have yet to be contacted. I’ve been a loyal Mad Greens reward customer, but they have lost a customer for good now.

I had a great dinner here tonight! It wasn’t at all crowded or noisy and the food was great. I love their mad spice seasoning and the fact that they have wraps for those of us who aren’t big on salads. They’re also the only restaurant I know of who serves Maine Root sodas!
