The BEST baked glazed garlic wing’s that I’ve ever had! And the Comprese Salad with fresh mozzarella and chopped fresh basil was so tasty especially with the balsamic and olive oil drizzle! A small intimate setting decorated in the Alice in wonderland theme… hence the name-Mad Hatter! A must visit restaurant for locals and tourists alike in the Oviedo or Winter Springs area. Was greeted at the door by a very friendly girl. First time here. Based on reviews I had high expectations. Given the fact that Florida isn’t known for their pizza like Chicago or NY. Customer service wise it was great. Pizza slice wise not so much. Their slices of pizza seem slightly bland. Their cheese mix isn’t cheesy. Their crust is actually very good but on the thin side which isnt as bad. Had their ceasar salad, cheese pizza and a pop, totaled $6.41 which is great. I just expected to be say “mmmm” after my first bite. It’s just okay. Nothing that makes it stand out except for their decor of their establishment and their customer service. 4 stars for their customer service & lunch special.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here earlier today with the intent of trying out a local pizza place. I was not disappointed! I don‘t eat cheese, and it can sometimes be challenging to find a place that makes a good cheeseless pizza, but today, I was pleasantly surprised. I would also definitely recommend Mad Hatter’s to anyone who enjoys pineapple on pizza; this is the first time I have had pizza with pineapple that was freshly sliced, and it was an absolute life changer! Very cute establishment with Alice in Wonderland tiles on the ceiling… will definitely visit again! 🙂

It has been a LONG time since I’ve had really good pizza, and this place knocks it out of the park! The ingredients are fresh, the flavors don’t stop hitting you, and the owner makes you feel as if you’ve stopped by for a visit with family…what more could anyone want?

I’ve never ever had a bad item from this restaurant. Their chicken bake is delicious – the best combo of ingredients and a great value for the money! Pizza is the best I’ve had in Oviedo – baked just right with the perfect amount of ingredients spread throughout and not under baked like the soggy dough I got from Gino’s down the street. Salads are packed with toppings – you won’t just have a pile of lettuce with 3 small pieces of chicken. Sandwiches – just the right amount of ingredients and served warm. Chicken wings are mouth watering good…I really haven’t had a bad flavor here. Oh, and the calzones are cheesy goodness (with some toppings of course… like the steak and onion).

I ordered the Mad Hatter pizza with light sauce and added pepperoni.. DELISH!! The Greek salad was full of freshly cut veggies. I’m just passing through town and stopped by on a whim.. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a great pizza. Staff was also incredibly nice and friendly.

One reason I was happy to move back to Oviedo was Mad Hatters. I love, love their Greek Salad. It was what I always ordered when family got pizzas and calzones. We ordered recently and, my salad was not the same. The heart of the Greek Salad is Feta. It shares its slightly sour, salty, flavor with the whole salad. But, as others have also done, MH now uses those teeny tiny white pellets that I guess are suppossed to be Feta. I don’t know what it is as there’s no flavor, no bite, no contribution to the salad at all… nothing. Might as well leave it out.. Bring back the cheese, please!!!!

The server was friendly and not impatient when I asked questions about menu items. He checked on us several times to find out if we needed anything. The calzone was perfectly cooked and filled with cheeses and pepperoni, but not crammed with ingredients that ran out of the dough when you took a bite. The marinara sauce was quite tasty and placed on the side, so we could decide how much we wanted to use. Salads were fresh and nicely presented. It was our first time visiting, but it won’t be our last!
