Had a reservation on a Tuesday for 3 people at 6pm. We were seated promptly and the hostess was very kind. Our waitress (I wish I remembered her name) was amazing. She was very informative and led us to many of our decisions for the night, including letting us know that their dishes are large portions and meant to be shared! We ordered the rib-eye cap and the margherita pizza. Both were delicious. The drinks were top notch as well. The ambiance was relaxing and so cute. Great first experience here and I will definitely be back.

Service was great, fast and efficient. We were a party of 4 celebrating my birthday, and it was the perfect spot. Drinks were nice but I had better. Food was great, but a little bit overpriced. For Italian food there are better spots in Detroit. Overall service was great, atmosphere was superb.

Came in on a busy Sunday for a private event. The aesthetic of the restaurant itself is beautiful! Soft pinks, different textures, great lighting. All of the food we tried was excellent and fresh. The only thing I would mention is that the pizzas were a bit burned on the edges but we didn’t eat that part. Desserts were amazing as well! We used the valet parking which made it so convenient otherwise it looked like the parking situation would have been very difficult. I would definitely come back and try other menu items!

Mad Nice is a beautiful restaurant with a really great staff. The location is beautiful, from the decor to the staff uniforms. It’s clear Heirloom went all out to provide a unique experience that makes you want to share. Adele and Bruce made the evening for us. Their service was excellent. I’m happy we visited to check the new concept out. Our meal was good, but at the price point I think the value would entirely depend of the experience and atmosphere. If you’re a customer that puts an emphasis on the environment over the meal, I’m sure this would be a 4/5 star experience. I think when we visit in the future it would be for some wine and a conversation with Bruce at the bar since that’s what I enjoyed most.

This place, awesome. Went during brunch, absolutely loved the space (big, open and clean). Staff was absolutely on point and professional. The pizza was packed with flavor, crust was thin and the perfect crisp. Got the pastrami sandwich; again, awesome flavor. The cocktails were good, not too pumped about the flavors. Wrapped it up with a pistachio latte; wow! Very good experience all the way around and will be back! We had a party of 6 that fit awesomely. Valet parking available.

When I walked in the door, my first reaction was wow! The atmosphere was very appealing, and I was hoping that the food would be amazing as well. I tried several of the pastas and the pizza and they were all excellent. There is also an extensive wine list and drink menu. Valet parking is also available although there seem to be plenty of street parking.

My husband and I went to Mad Nice to celebrate my birthday. The drinks, food and atmosphere were great! We got a salad, margarita pizza, egg yolk ricotta stuffed ravioli and their Detroit chocolate bumpy cake to end the meal. Everything was so good. Prices were higher so be prepared to spend some money. Definitely worth the price. Will be going here for future date nights when visiting Detroit.

Went here to celebrate a special occasion and everyone absolutely loved the restaurant. From the moment you walk, in the ambiance is so beautiful you’ll want to photo everything. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They are busy, a reservation is needed even for a Monday night. We didn’t mind waiting. The drinks were very fun and delicious and the food we ordered was incredible!! Highly recommend this restaurant to celebrate anything special just make sure you book a reservation and are aware service is a little backed up because they are popular. The only thing we found a tiny bit strange was the all white staff uniforms resembling insane asylum costumes so we weren’t sure how the uniforms fit the theme. Regardless that didn’t really matter. Would love to go back!

Request to sit in Jade’s section. She was fun and knowledgeable, explained the menu and gave wonderful suggestions. The women’s bathroom decor was precious. Every detail was perfection actually. Note to hostess for having a lint roller for the white napkins on black pants. Much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back. Would love to even host a party in the private rooms.
