Fantastic pizza!! I Love pizza and I try it wherever I go, and Madison is THE BEST I’ve ever had ! The owner/cook/ cashier Bryan was a pleasure to meet and watch work on our 8 pizza order . He didn’t miss a thing, every pizza was perfect! Our family and friends all commented on how good it was , how the toppings were fresh, how the crust was on point … not one negative comment!! So grateful we choose the one closest to our rental, turned out to be the best in OBX .

WOW! Thank you Brian for a GREAT experience at Madison’s!! The Supremo Pizza is the BEST we have ever had!! The crust is PERFECT, the toppings so fresh, it’s true the BEST Pizza in the OBX!! Best pizza I’ve ever had. Honestly. The crust is something very special. Perfect amount of cheese, toppings and sauce. Sanitation score was 100! Don’t pass it up if you are in the area.
