Good, not great, and there’s nothing wrong with that either. I’m not going to rave about it but I’ll definitely be back as I know they’re consistent, and my favourite menu items are going to be exactly the same. Neat location and atmosphere that comes with it. Prices are reasonable, service can be hit or miss but I’ve never had truly bad service there either. All in all, Magoo’s earns pretty much the most solid 4 I can give. Not a 5 star restaurant where you’ll hear the word “Michelin” be used to describe anything other than a tyre, and that’s all right. If you want some good old Americana Italian food or a decent pie, look no further.

First time and last eating here. Food tasted like it came out of a microwave. I had the baked spaghetti and it was barely warm. Every restaurant I’ve been to a pasta dish come with some kind of bread or salad. This was a hand full of spaghetti with two pepperoni on top. There was nothing baked about it. Was never asked if we wanted refills of our drinks. The only good thing was how fast they brought the bill and took my card so I could leave. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED…

I ate there tonight with 5 friends. Had never been here before. The food was tasty, but other than that, our experience was lacking. It was a Tuesday night and not very busy. We stood at host stand for 20 minutes waiting to be seated. The only person ahead of us was someone buying gift cards. The host looked confused and stressed.

Check out the food: salad w/their own dressing, loaded homemade chips, small pepperoni pizza, baked spaghetti w/meatball and lasagna!! They make their own spaghetti sauce and desserts of which we were too stuffed to try. But, hey, we’ll try them next time! Cause we’re going back!! Attentive and friendly staff too.
