Ordered on Uber eats. Two items were missing from my order. (Fried rice and white rice) There was a special request which they did not do. I called magic wok, and the nice gentleman apologized and said he would have the manager call me. A few minutes later, the manager called me, did not identify herself, and could or would not speak English, then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and she picked up the phone and hung up on me a second time. How can you have a manager that is in charge and doesn’t speak our language. Mongolian beef is supposed to be spicy and hot, here it is extremely salty and very sweet tasting. I doubt very much if I will go back.

Littered their menus in our neighborhood, which is private and has a policy against this. Food and service sucks. This restaurant is made entirely redundant by the nearby Wok Cuisine. If you have concerns about food or customer care, just skip this place and do Wok Cuisine where they are always friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent.

We’ve ordered take-out from this place a couple of times. The first time, there was a plastic wrapper INSIDE my eggroll. The food wasn’t too bad, so I decided to give them a 2nd chance. Today, there was a piece of plastic string inside another eggroll. What are they doing there? Never ordering from them again. Their boneless spare ribs are all fat. Sweet & sour chicken is always overcooked. The only thing decent there is the rice… and that should be a given for any Chinese restaurant.

Very rude when I called to place the order over the phone I got hung up on 3 times. Then when I tried to order a party platter she could not understand what I was saying and told me the store closes at 9:30 tonight. I was outside the restaurant ordering from my car because of COVI-19, finally my husband got upset and went in to order. When he was ordering she was picking up the phone and hanging it up and getting his order wrong. Our order was at least 70 dollars so we go to use the coupon for free Crab Rangoon they have on the back of their flyer. She also said Not free!! So we ended up leaving very very rude!
