We just had our wedding there and had the most perfect experience. We were originally booked at Waverly but with the hurricane damage, canceled due to being unsure of when repairs would actually be finished. We were going to cancel our wedding completely until my parents had visited to help clean up my grandparent’s place after the hurricane. They had rave reviews about Magnolia’s and the beautiful setting and amazing food. They asked the manager if they hosted weddings, and they said not yet but we’re starting to get into it. We contacted them, decided to take our chances and book with them and it was the best decision we ever could have made. Keith handled everything so well. Everything from the amazing food, to the friendly serving staff, and set up and organization of everything was absolutely perfect. Every guest has complimented how impressed they were with the whole place. We highly recommend Magnolia’s (especially for a wedding venue, though currently they are only available for weddings on Sundays and Mondays). You won’t regret it! What can I say it was absolutely delicious we ordered the coconut shrimp sushi as an appetizer the waiter dropped us off some homemade garlic butter biscuits. It was the best sushi ever had… I had the lobster scallops and shrimp and roasted potatoes it was delicious.

One of the best places I’ve dined at by far. The food, drinks, customer service, and atmosphere was amazing. Our waitress was so friendly and the manager Sam even stopped by to ask how everything was. Definitely recommend the octopus appetizer. Will be returning when in Florida again!

We went here for dinner of 5/5 for our anniversary dinner which is 5/5. Our server Chris was excellent – had a great command of the food and drinks. My wife had a margarita and I had the drink among giants – always leery in Florid of something that’s supposed to be ” old fashioned” but it was better than average – just a little sweet.

This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had while vacationing in Englewood. Everything about it was special. The sushi was outstanding; as was the pan seared salmon atop a bed of seasonal vegetables, and the shrimp bowl. The bread was such a treat of fluffy herb flavored goodness. Our server told us that it is made from a 100-year-old starter. We were too full to eat dessert but left with the Italian lemon cake topped with balsamic strawberry and cream. We will be leaving in a few days but plan to return for another meal before we head back home.

Amazing place near Englewood beach! Magnolias on the bay is one of our favorites for date night. Top quality food and great presentation to go with it. Service is always great and if you go then make sure you try the sushi.

They take reservations . Valet parking. Adorable and designed well. The restaurant is completely outside. (Covered). Our waitress was terrific and well versed in knowing everything about the menu and bar. She didn’t rush us through. The menu is pricey but the food was delicious. The raw tuna was the best I’ve ever eaten. We also ordered ceviche which was very good. My main dish was the grouper which was Catch of the day. It was perfectly prepared and presented. After dinner we walked down the patio and sat on the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the bay.
