Yummy food, but we ordered chicken subs and they were bland with very minimal items. Got there in the time they said for pickup, had a fry in the car, and they were already cold. Pizza is always amazing however. Maybe it was a night shift thing? I dunno. People seem nice.

I would give this place zero stars if able. Can not rate the food as we were never served. We are not from the area, stopped in after business in Hamilton to grab a quick bite, we were seated quickly, the place by no means was busy, but we sat there for 20 minutes and not one person approached our table, we left, If they had been busy I would have been more patient, but at one point most of the staff were standing around the counter laughing and chatting. The hostess came and cleaned the table next to us, she seen us sitting there and still didn’t remind a waitress we were there. I will never waste my time when I’m down that way again, and will make sure I tell everyone I know not to bother.

Good atmosphere, a good amount of options on the menu, and the bacon cheeseburger I had there was 7/10, I get one at every restaurant I go to. Other than that I thought the prices were fair and the wait staff were friendly. Great place in Hamilton to get a quick bite.

Service great. Food meh. Salty burger meat. Watery alfredo way too much garlic. “Taco salad” with bagged round tortilla chips. No dressing. For the prices I’d expect more. For quality of food. Salad bar decent. Restaurant atmosphere needs a overhaul.

Staff was friendly but the food was lacking. I had the fish dinner which included the salad bar..I chose the coleslaw which was quite warm and limp… unfortunately I could not eat it. The fish was overcooked and dry.. disappointing. Also ordered a slice of pepperoni and garlic pizza with hot wings. Waitress said no garlic available but cook would put garlic on a slice. Came back with a slice of cheese and another covered with raw garlic!! Wings were ok overlooking several pieces with the quills still in place! Roomy restaurant, but needs a good makeover!!

It’s nice old style Italian restaurant,with good honest American food as well. Good burgers, absolutely delicious soup: creamy chicken corn chowder with bacon. So delicate… Love it! Next time will try the gelato truffles. Yummy!

It’s a great, convenient spot to stop in for an affordable lunch or dinner. The food won’t blow you away by any means, but it’s a pleasant staff, plenty of parking, and for those who live or work in Hamilton, very close by. Likely not the place for date night, but if you’re looking not to cook for an evening, this is a good choice.

It took over 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Then the steak in the steak wrap was so overcooked I could not eat it. They remade it but it wasn’t any better. The Reuben had almost no sauerkraut or dressing and no cheese whatsoever. They were kind enough to give us our meal for free and gave me a free cheesecake. My husband insists on eating the dried up steak wrap, I simply can’t….
