I ordered a spinach calzone through Uber eats and I requested no onions. A member of my family that was going to eat this is allergic. As you can see by the photo I pulled out a lot of onions and there were more I had to pull out. I thought I could just give it to someone else in the house and order something else but as I pulled the onions out I realized there were parts where the dough was raw inside. That’s a safety issue. Please get your ovens fixed looks like you have a temperature regulation issue on top of making the mistake of not reading the order properly. Now I am out $22 and I have 2 people hungry. I am at home sick with covid so I am forced to order more food and spend more money. Thanks guys

Super burnt, absolutely no sauce, crust really thin and soggy, the cheese got weird and congealed, wings are poor quality that have black on them. Really gross food. Never again

We used to love this restaurant. It was our go to pizza place for delivery often but recently it has seriously took a big nose dive. The quality of the food has seriously suffered. Not just quality but being given insulting inedible burnt food and tiny portions. The quality and the way the food is cooked now has become inconsistent to say the least. This last order was the last straw for this loyal family of customers. We received EXTREMELY burnt on the outside calzone with cold only halfway cooked inside (you could smell the burntness through the box as the driver handed it to me), undercooked portion of lasagna that was very cold in the middle, undercooked jalapenos poppers with no dipping sauce (So undercooked they fall apart just trying to pick them up) and the marina sauce in the lasagna and side of Italian sausage (which was also barely luke warm and not cooked like their usual way) was nearly tasteless very lightly seasoned tomato sauce and almost no meat in the lasagna sauce. To burn something that bad and still pass it on to the customer in insulting and says they really don’t care about their customer or their own food! Not even cheap fast food places like McDonald’s would serve that garbage to their customers.

I really love ordering but this lady time was horrible. It took two hours and they still forgot items. I think they didn’t know they had an online order. It wasn’t until 60 min later I called to check status and still waiting another 60 min for it to arrive at my door. No sodas, 8 and not 10 chicken fingers. Fries are soggy. Highly disappointed. Do better!

This used to be my favorite place. My girlfriend and I always order from here, so today I wanted to surprise her with some pizza and then I open the box and then this happened. Where is the cheese?!!; what the heck, it looks like I ordered sauce with a dash of cheese on it. I’m so disappointed. So mad. We spend at least $60 everytime, not today, and you want to be greedy with cheese…

I Never thought I would write this about my favorite pizza place in Vegas BUT tonight they earned this! We ordered our pizza at just before 6pm, it just got here now 8pm, ice cold and missing one of our drinks. This is the worst I’ve ever received from you and you should be ashamed. Whatever you’ve done or changed i suggest you turn it around. I can understand the undercooking for the fast usual service we receive but not this!! My order should be completely refunded!

We recently visited while in town. They are under new ownership. Very friendly customer service. You cannot eat inside any longer, but you can walk in and place an order or order online. We had the pepperoni pizza, spaghetti & meatballs (they are huge!!!), garlic bread, salad, and eclaires. We loved it all. It was freshly cooked, big portion sizes, and tasted great. The food is reasonably priced. They also offer delivery, which is great!

Hands down the best customer service and pizza in Las Vegas! I found about about them a couple of months ago and cannot get enough of them. My most recent visit has me absolutely sold and loyal! I ordered two pizzas from them and picked them up. I arrived home and was unloading things from the car. I had sat the pizzas on the roof of the car not recognizing that it had become windy. While gathering my purse and few items from the car, the pizzas went flying to the ground. My heart dropped and I thought about the $40 that I had just spent for nothing. Nothing was salvageable. I sulked for 5 min and decided not to repurchase although I was in a position where I could. After another 5 min I decided to contact them and explain the situation. To my surprise… They informed me to pick up two new, fresh, pizzas in 15 min. Now that folks…. Is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL! They didn’t have to do that… Yet they did. Now, run in over there and try there pizza if you haven’t already.
