$28.12 after tax for chutoro with ikura and uni. The rice was dense and seasoned perfectly. Its temperature was just right. The ikura, uni, and tamagoyaki were excellent as well. Everything tasted fresh! Simply said, you can tell a seasoned Japanese sushi chef was behind the counter.

Got the ahi with shoyu & sweet onions (and $4 side of ikura), a benchmark to set expectations for poke across the island. I was impressed with the smoothness of the ahi and the coating of the sauce, but felt the portions were small for the price. The counter service was simple and the food service was quick, so no complaints there.

What a great find. If you’re in Chinatown, Maguro Brothers offers the freshest seafood at a reasonable price. The king salmon collar was perfectly grilled, simplistic but delicious. The raw fish was fresh, and also a generous portion. Overall a great meal.

Have been looking forward to this place for a while. It was closed during my previous visits of the island. They’ve recently moved from their little corner in the market to the food court in Chinatown. The current location is better with more room and cleaner. However, it is still not the most convenient location and parking is a bit challenging. There is a tight parking garage a couple of blocks down, but you will have to walk thru some markets.

Wait time was a little longer but you can go shop or look around on the mean time. Food was fresh and delicious we had two visit twice on our trip. I think prices were actually on the cheaper side for some great sushi!

I’m ashamed to admit I had never been to this restaurant/ fish stall before. OMG! If you love sashimi like I do, you need to come here! High quality sashimi and very good prices. I still can’t believe they charged me only 30 dollars for some high grade Blue Fin Tuna! It tasted and went down like butter! You know they could easily charge this for double the price at restaurants. The rest of the of sashimi, uni and scallops were simply delicious!

It was a bit tough to find but the poke was 6/5 stars s/o to the man at the counter. He was really friendly and thanks for the recommendations

A second location to the famous Maguro Brothers in Oahu! This place’s poke is a more of a nod to your classic Japanese sashimi on rice, while still offering a few Hawaiian poke options.

Some of the best quality fish I’ve ever had. Was recommended this place and it did not disappoint. A bountiful selection of really fresh seafood, pulled out of the water that very morning. The steamed clams were divine, the pokes delicious in their own right but the fatty tuna/uni was exceptional. Amazing amazing stuff. Definitely worth the effort to seek this mythical place out. A fantastic bang for you buck eatery located in a vibrant Chinatown market.

Nice food. But no place to dine in. Outside table is not good.
