Friendly service, but if I knew the size of the chicken and avocado on the chicken avo swiss, I would have skipped it. Half the burger was just bun and loads of mayo. The fries are great! I’d get the fries again, but I don’t think I’ll be back. I expected more for the price.

For a to-go establishment this food is top tier. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. I was surprised how flavorful the burger was and the fries were great as well. Draft beer to go along with it was great as well.

I waited at least 30 min for my burger when there was no line at the store. First they forgot my order, then after checking in with them after 20 min they promised it will be quick, and then it’s another 20 min of wait. Almost missed my flight.

Really tasty burgers. Not your typical thin burgers. These are good sized patties cooked properly. Good selection of burgers. I had the Double Cheese Burger with the truffle fries. Needless to say there was nothing left over. Little difficult to locate this food court in the Ala Moana Mall but worth the effort if you can find it.

Employees like to ignore you and hope another will deal with you. Even when standing in front of them for a couple of minutes being the only one in line. Also had my order called (handheld buzzer) and when approached counter they bagged my food and then ignored me to take another customers order. Food cane hastily jammed into container and smashed up. Skip this one.
