Burmese food after noon, and Indian food earlier in the day. Located in a pretty rough part of town and someone has vandalized the front window which is taped up. Seem short staffed. Poor fella was the cook, server, and answering but was very friendly. Does not speak much english. He recommended the beef, but it was bone dry. Burmese Chicken Fried Noodles was really good. Thom Kha was fair, but had some bamboo in it which was hard to chew. Overall I think there are better places serving unique food in Fort Wayne such as Bankock Bistro. But if you want to try Burmese food specifically, this may be worth it. Waiter randomly gave us a bunch of candy, which was neet.

We brought our Thai and German exchange students here for a meal after visiting the conservatory downtown. It is a small place but the food is exceptional. Visit the Asian market across the street as well for any grocery needs.

It’s been years since we’ve eaten here, and I’m so glad I returned to give them another try! It’s one of those hole in the wall places with delicious food. Our server was attentive. The food is spicy, we all ordered medium spice dishes and quickly realized why each table has a box of Kleenex! We will definitely return!

This place is a hidden gem! You can taste the authentic Burmese and Thai flavors in each bite. This is basically my go-to Asian place in Fort Wayne now – whether to dine-in or to get take-outs. Very affordable price, timely service. Large menu items to choose from also. Love the Halal options! Keep doing you!!

I have been going here for 12 years and it’s always been delicious until now, they changed owners in the food is not the same. Order the same dishes as before and they were totally different. Literally taste like they went across the street to the grocery store and just brought some of their canned soups. I miss the previous owners! I do not recommend

Just a really outstanding meal. All of the food that I had on my first visit to this restaurant was just bursting with flavor, served piping hot and made with fresh ingredients.

Not an adventurous person when it comes to food, so played it safe with chicken fried rice. And…WOW!! Makes me wanting more! Thought it was pricey for this meal but honestly it’s way worth it!! Also the little hint of spice is a nice change. A definite eye opener! Will for sure be coming here again!

Mahnin is such a pleasant place to eat the staff is super friendly and the menu is great. I have yet to find a dish I dislike. The building is dated, but the staff is so good you don’t notice as much.
