Food here is always good we get the pu pu platter for two (the might call it something else). We choose chicken wings, chicken fingers, egg rolls, shrimp, and extra crab rangoons. For main dishes we split pad Thai and their house fried rice. The platter was good, everything on their tasted great. The pad thai was good but I wish it had more sauce, unless you really mixed it, it was a little less saucy than others I’ve had. The house rice tastes fresh, I know that’s weird to say but it didn’t taste greasy or anything like other fried rices you might have, it was very pleasant.

My mom got lunch for us from here my lunch sucked. The sesame chicken had no flavor in the sauce and the broccoli wasn’t even cooked! The dumplings are so flat and flavorless. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Mai Pearl has decent food but horrendous service which was was indifferent, inattentive, glacially slow, and management did nothing to make good on their mistakes. I had 3 friends with me and I left our table 3 times to go to the front “desk” to address “issues”. It started with 20 minutes to get our drinks with no returns to our table to check on us, mistakes were made in our food order that were never corrected and one member of our party never received her meal! In the end we paid our bill and left out of frustration and we did complain to the front desk. I will account for “anomalies or bad days”, but there was no excuse for the horrible unprofessional and indifferent service we received!! I cannot recommend Mai Pearl. In Foxboro to anyone for any reason!!!

I went with someone & the waitress brought their (the person that came with me) order before mine. I had 2 separate orders of sushi (the Philadelphia roll & the California roll) & I had to wait almost an hour or so for mine. By the time my food arrived, the person I was with was already 1/2 way done with their meal. Ridiculous. The sushi was delicious, though. Out of this world but the service was slow.

Our family use to love ordering here as our staple Chinese food restaurant. In general, their food tastes fresh, but we have been very unhappy over the years (although staying loyal) with bland meals, and very frequent take-out mistakes. Some items taste great, then there’s others that just don’t match the quality of others. We’ll keep trying them out here and there, but I hope they improve upon their consistency.
