After having a rough first start of the day here the Manager Tedd made a huge difference. We came here for my son’s birthday and it was our first time. When we were told that certain items were not part of the pass Tedd assisted us and made the day so much more enjoyable for the kids. I would highly recommend coming and enjoying your time with family at this location. He could have just shrugged us off but he was a true manager and did his job professionally. Great Job Tedd!!!

Best expirience ever with arcade games, neon bowling, pool, zip-line, virtual expirience games… Food & unlimited fountain drinks. We had such a good time and the attention was good, we get little things solved and the staff was very nice. Will surely come back and enjoy our time over and over.

Decent time for a last minute entertainment place. They offer bowling, gaming with and without ticket wins, a few VR options (pretty expensive), laser tag, climb center with zip line, restaurant and bar area. A few party rooms/areas. They seem a little short staffed at the main restaurant. Food is good (no complaints) and priced at the norm these days (burger $10-16).

Food was excellent. We had the spinach dip and it was amazing, the double burger and chicken salad both of which were excellent. The service on the other hand was terrible waited for 20 mins to have a server come only after finally getting fed up with waiting. The food seating area was empty and yet still had to wait and force someone to go get a server. The games and other entertainment were excellent.

Don’t do parties for kids at Main Event. We organized a bday party at this location and trust me it was one of the worst experience. The Host provided by the main event are just kids and their supervisor too not intelligent enough to manage the event. in addition manager never shows up. They kept the cards and didn’t gave to kids which I caught and asked the host to give the cards to me to circulate, still we didn’t got 3 cards for $20 each. I didn’t asked for that as they are kids too. Then food was not served and all kids just had one slice of pizza in 40 mins and other food served after everyone moved away. Then rope walk was closed earlier even though the timing was there and all kids couldn’t do. Sort of a super mess. Avoid Main Event.

We recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon here, and wow, what an experience! Trevor, one of their staff, was the star of our visit. right from the start, his infectious energy and warm personality caught our attention. he made our kids feel like the most important people in the room, patiently guiding them through the arcade games, and his professional, yet approachable demeanor had us thinking he must be the manager! he seamlessly juggled tasks while always maintaining a friendly smile, which made our time there even more enjoyable. honestly, Trevor’s attention to detail, along with his understanding of the place was incredibly impressive. you know it’s those personal touches and the genuine care from people like Trevor that transform a good day out into an unforgettable experience. can’t wait for our next family outing here, and we’re definitely hoping Trevor will be there to make it another memorable one!

2nd time going here, first was for a grown up’s birthday party and I remembered it being a good time so booked my daughters birthday party thinking well it’s convenient, they have something to do and don’t have to clean up before or after and you get to take a cake or cupcakes. The beginning process was great, I got a quote and paid the down payment and got ready for the date, added one more child so had to call and add that but easy process. Once there I was a little disappointed, kids had a great time with one hour bowling and 2hours of game play but when I got the check for reminding balance it did not make sense, our party host couldn’t quite explain so she got her manager but her manager was not helpful, still didn’t add up and she didn’t seem to care much so I just paid the bill but that was not great customer service. Not sure that I would host a party there again, also the food that came with the party package was not good, the sliders were very dry but at least the extra pizzas I ordered and wings were decent. Fun place to go but not sure if for parties is worth it. Lastly the kids do not earn any points on the games when you have party cards which was also disappointing.

So the time game pass had limitations we were not aware of. We had won a game pass package and it was our first visit. So unlimited play being restricted and not explained was a bit off putting.

I’m anything but a Karen but come on!!! Super shocked by the wastefulness of this company. I told my host at the beginning of my daughters b-day party that any uneaten food was to be taken home with the guest OR if it was completely untouched, I would take it home. Instead, they took the uneaten food that I PAID FOR and started throwing it away right in front of me!!! Why I purposely told them we would do that is because it was done with a friend who had a party at your facility prior!!! Then I had expensive birthday candles that got tossed as well, without even asking if I wanted them back! My property, I paid for. I know your goal is $$$$ and tossing food makes you turn the tables over quicker but it’s completely unacceptable for the price I paid! I’m sure Chuck E Cheese wouldn’t even do that! To top it off we were the first b-day party of the day and the only b-day party for some time and our food came out late, making the kids go insane and wasting our party time! Also, paying for an additional 30 min points card to play and receiving two sets of cards is super confusing to the kids. Can you at least mark which is which so we’re not spending our time trying to figure out 50 different cards!!! Luckily my daughter had a great time, which is all that matters…. I guess.
