This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to since I’ve moved to here. I am a new to the city and went to this place after a tired day of work. I ordered their combo sesame chicken, and some appetizer steamed dumpling. I was surprised the combo came with fried rice and an egg roll, very worth the price. The dumplings also seem to be homemade one by one, and I can tell the difference between store bought and handmade dumplings, because I have always made them with my family. I saw the other reviews and saw that there were rude customer survice, but I didn’t see anyone rude. We even had a little talk. Growing up Chinese, I found that this store is authentic Chinese food. 11/10 recommended.

This is one of the best Chinese food restaurant in the whole city, no joke. I love Main Moon very much, and have been eating there for a long time. Every time, the food never fails to impress me, even if I order the same thing. The flavors are so unique, and the food is always in good quality. The customer service there is also very nice. I’ve had good experiences over and over. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me, and I look forward to ordering again next week!

Great food, and always on time. On a side note, it seems like we have lots of entitled people who like to complain when leaving reviews about things that are not within the owners control (cold food at a delivery to your house 20 minutes from the restaurant, give me a break). The people leaving reviews that it is outrageously expensive are ordering through a third party app like DoorDash that marks the food up, or they are lying about their experience. We regularly order 3 or 4 entrees and an appetizer like egg drop soup for family gatherings for $60 and it feeds 6 people and a kid or two. Use your brain, call the phone number and order direct for best service.

Since the inflation kicked in, main moon raised their prices and only offer one size of portions. The food has changed; dried egg rolls, watered down chicken/broccoli, flat noodles for chow main. The taste of all dishes is awful!!

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, they’ve hired a very rude person to take orders and with tonight’s experience we will never go back. We tried to place an order on our way home from Denver and the order was $80 and they wanted our credit card info ASAP (they have never requested this before). We couldn’t get to our payment while driving and the person taking the order said she couldn’t push our order through until we arrived and PAID for the food in person due to the amount. Well, because of that “new” policy we decided to grab something closer and didn’t bother driving to the restaurant to place the order. Well, 2.5 hours later WE get a phone call from Main Moon (same rude employee) asking us if we were going to pick up our order. My husband told her we didn’t place the order because you wouldn’t allow us to do so without giving you the credit card info. The girl then replied with “this is why we have our new policy.” . I get the policy but what I don’t understand is how we, longterm returning customers, got a very rude phone call from a restaurant to pick up an order we didn’t place. I called back and asked to speak to a manager but unfortunately that didn’t help either. The manager was rude and tried arguing with me. WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We will not return. We will find a different Chinese food restaurant.

The “dude” (impatient, and rude, he was), that took my delivery order was rude, rude, rude and then more rude! And, what kind of Chinese restaurant doesn’t have water chestnuts?? Next t8nr, I’ll spend my $100 nicks elsewhere.. Been going there for years and I can honestly say: Never. Again. Never.. I’d rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. Bummer,..have to give up a long-time tradition all bc of a seemingly stoned (forgive me if I’m wrong, but he sure acted like it!) I’ll NEVER spend my money there again!

I ordered Chow Mein and got a lettuce soup. I called and said I think we got the wrong item. They said we definitely got the right item. I’m no expert in Chinese, but I didn’t expect Chow Mein to be a lettuce soup. They were not willing to exchange it out at all. Disappointing.

Man super sad day! Just moved back to Loveland after 4 year’s and was soooo excited to get some main moon again! But it was a mistake! Fried rice has zero flavor, pork egg rolls taste and smells like fish and are not fresh! Got general Tao and what a disappointment no flavor. I’m guessing whoever used to own and cook sold the place! Guess it’s bamboo express from now on or go to Fort collins

If there was a way to leave no stars, that’s what it’d be. It has to be the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. My partner ordered general tsos. It was OK. I’d say a bag of frozen would have been 10 times better. His rice was hard and undercooked. Only had onions and pork, no veggies. His egg roll was undercooked and mushy. I got chicken lo Mein with shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. There weren’t any veggies. A few slivers of celery and carrots. And most importantly the noodles we more than mush. 16.50 straight in the trash. We also got cheese wontons and they were really undercooked. No sauce packets. No fortune cookies. Way over priced!! Will never eat there again. I would recommend you don’t either. Good luck staying in business, Main Moon.

Just walked in with my son and ordered orange chicken and sesame chicken. One was with fried rice and one with lo mein. They rang it up and said it would be 45 dollars…..I about fell on the floor. I really thought they had entered something wrong. Keep in mind I hadn’t even ordered the two cans of coke that they sell for two dollars. An amazing deal once again lol. This on top of the fact that they could care less when we walked in makes me confident I’ll never eat there again. I drove two minutes east and found bamboo express. The man and woman working are so nice and the food was fresh and really good. I just paid 19 dollars for both of us (including drinks) just something to think about……
