I’ve never been in this place nor actually have contacted them directly but I just witnessed my sister call them by accident as she was trying to call a pizza place near us with the same name. To say I’m appualed at what I heard them say to her would be an understatement. The worker who answered literally told her “yeah, you called the wrong number dumba**” when she apologized for calling the wrong number. My other sister called back to try to get an explanation for the horrible customer service for a simple mistake to where the worker could have just said “I’m sorry mam, you have the wrong number..have a nice day” but instead said “go F yourself”. I’m a business professional myself and would not recommend anyone from anywhere even attempt to order here let alone call them. What a terrible and unprofessional way to conduct business stay away if you value any kind of respect.

I called to order subs and when he told me the price I asked him why it was so expensive and he said because he had to hire a delivery service then when the subs arrived they were tiny compared to what I was paying also he was getting annoyed with me because I was keeping him on the phone asking about the price because he had other calls coming in will not order again

Recently ordered 6 pizzas for a party we hosted. They refused to provide us an itemized receipt and overcharged us by $12 claiming it was for a host of reasons, including a 5% incremental charge for paying with a credit card that was never disclosed. The manager/owner started berating us and claiming it was our fault because we didn’t ask for a total amount when we originally called. This place has changed owners multiple times and I would advise to stay away. There are so many pizza options in Hudson and the attitude of this place towards their customers speaks volumes. I will never give them business again.

Ordered a steak and cheese calzone and recieved a grinder. Called to say the problem and got yelled at by the man on the phone. Regardless of how the order was taken you should never tell at a customer. This was not the first mistake but will be our last time ordering food from Main Street.

This is my go to place in Hudson. Pizza, subs, salads. I’ve probably had all of them over the years and they are all solid. The new sweet chili chicken quesadilla gets a special mention, it’s delicious! Also, the Italian sub is my yardstick I judge all other Italian subs by.

Pizza was just ok, it was missing or lacking any flavor. We got a cheese and also a pepper pizza, peppers tasted like they were frozen. The cheese was extremely oily. $$ I won’t go again.

I’ve ordered from here before but normally it wasn’t during the dinner rush. This time I did and I was very disappointed,not only was the order wrong but the pizzas were cold. The food is usually ok but it’s just a standard pizzeria so expect standard pizzeria food.
