Really poor customer service. The pizza is great, but every time we go the employees are behaving inappropriately and rather immaturely. We also just called in an order with 20 minutes to close and a girl answered the phone and rather rudely said, “We’re not taking anymore orders tonight. Have a good week.” and promptly hung up before we could even say anything.

I read the reviews and was a little concerned, but I have been wanting to try it since moving to the area, so I pulled the trigger. I’m glad that I did! The chicken Cesar salad was to die for! My toddler kept eating the chicken too lol. The pizza was cooked well, and the breadsticks were very good. I have zero complaints about this joint. I’m not sure if having an adult there made the difference, in regards to the reviews from others.

The hours of operation state 9p.m. as closing time, however during the week no one answers the phone after 8 p.m. Last night I ordered pizza at 7:50 and few minutes later they called back to say the oven was turned off for the night and they couldn’t fill my order. This happened a few weeks ago as well. The pizza is good and I like to support local businesses but unfortunately this restaurant and their staff isn’t reliable.

Showed up to get my pizza and stood there for 10 min before they noticed me! One of the workers was hanging with her boyfriend and 2 others were eating! My pizza sat in the oven and they forgot all about them until they went to grab them and noticed they were still in the oven! I also watched one of the girls make a pizza and was grabbing cheese off the counter from stuff that had dropped while making other pizza!

Both pizzas we got were super doughy. Ruined the apitete for the whole group. Employees were unprofessional and didn’t wash their hands before handling the food. Super disappointed.

For a place that is LITERALLY run 95% of the time by children, they do a respectable job. I’m not sure if having more adults around would make the place better or worse. They do good here. Keep it up.
