Was pleasantly surprised as the reviews of Mainland have been just above average. The hot & sour soup was fantastic and the Peeking Duck was one of the best. The quality of the food was excellent as was the presentation. The menu is extensive with options for everyone. The service was great and our server was very attentive as were the other staff members in the restaurant. It’s hard to find good dine in Chinese food as many of the classic places are gone. I would recommend supporting this local restaurant if you are someone who loves Chinese and Asian cuisine. Also, they do have a full bar with a menu of added specialty cocktails.

I would describe their food as merely decent. It’s probably most closely comparable to PF Chang’s with much of the flavor removed. The food was very fresh and properly cooked, but they don’t seem to put any seasoning on it. The portion sizes vary. The wontons in the wonton soup were pitifully small, to the point that I couldn’t even taste the pork filling. The main entrees are decently sized, with a side of white or brown rice included. I tried mixing the brown rice in with the sauce but there still wasn’t much flavor. Granted, I, like many people are probably used to Americanized Chinese food that includes a lot of salt, sugar and fat. I added copious amounts of soy sauce at home and the food tasted better, but there was still something missing.

Nice restaurant. Fast and great service. We had the Pan Fried Pork Buns and the green onion pancake Beef Roll/Amazing!.Then Sautéed Sliced Pork with Garlic Stem/Great, Yang Chow mixed fried rice,Sichuan Spicy Ma Po Tofu with Minced Pork and Pepper Steak which were very good. Beef Roll was the best.

I am big on customer service so when I walked into the restaurant and was ignored for at least 7 mins it’s not acceptable. Finally the hostess acknowledged us by looking at us and saying, “how many”. We were the only ones standing at the door. Finally seated, it then took 10 mins for someone to come to the table to offer water. All around service and food was horrible. Would not go there again.

I have been here several times but forget how good it is until I come back the next time. The food is always delicious and hot. Service is good and friendly. They just need to dim the lights a bit and play some appropriate background music to make the experience a little more authentic.

This is THE place to go for AUTHENTIC Chinese/Szechuan food. This is NOT NY Style fast food. They do have a couple of Americanized dishes (which are good). Their Crab Rangoon is the BEST. Scallion pancake is DELICIOUS. The pork buns! Cold bean noodles with spicy sauce! Pork and bok choy, Ma Po Tofu… I could go on and on. SO GOOD.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at Mainland China Bistro in Coral Springs. This was supposed to be a special occasion – my grandmother’s 74th birthday, but it turned out to be a complete disaster.

The food was overpriced and bland. Maybe they were having an off day, but my meal did not have any salt or seasoning in it. How do you make fried chicken wings without seasoning? I also ordered shrimp fried rice. I have never had unseasoned white rice and shrimp just dumped in a container and labeled shrimp fried rice before. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Let’s get one thing clear, all the best employees at this restaurant work in the kitchen. That’s all that matter. The host, looked like she was going to the gym or just woke up, I don’t know. She’d rather take phone orders then show our party of 6, with children, to a table. The waiter, I forgot his name, very charismatic gentleman who spoke fluent Spanish( he was asian) best waiter/ bartender/ comedian of all time. This is the only spot that serves soup dumplings in this area. If you like soup dumplings this is the place. Official, and I’m comparing them to Joe’s Shanghai in NYC. The entrees, all of them awesome. Great good, great waiter and really nice restaurant. I’ll be back, for sure.
