The food is not as great as it used to be, and surprisingly, the complaints about the lady haven’t stopped in 10 years. I went to see if it was any better but it seems like maybe the “mean” lady maybe wasn’t there today or maybe she finally retired (i doubt it, who would retire from socking in all the cash from people who keep coming to get their food despite how they talk to us on the phone) and her “mean” daughter (i’m guessing its her daughter because she gives the exact same mean vibe in a younger voice) is now answering the phone. Someone else was on the cash register this time though and it was the smaller lady who doesn’t really talk. We never learn I guess. I’m giving up on this place.

I called in a order for pick up it was a small order so the lady that answered to me was rude rushed me thru putting in my order each order i put in i paused for a second to make sure she got it cause she didn’t respond so i said hello she then says ok ok i been here for 40 years menu the same just go head it was her tone undertone that bothered me when i go to pick up food she seemed short irritated so I’m a stickler about customer service i feel you don’t rush ppl or even sarcastic remarks about how long you been there i don’t know that and i don’t know your menu has been the same so just thought it was rude it was a turn off food was mediocre i won’t be giving my monies to ppl who are disrespectful they gotta do better

I been coming here for years. This place has changed over the past months. The food has been awful. I think they changed cooks because the taste of the food has changed 100%. I gave it three tries, with three different items. Today topped it off. They gave me the wrong noodles in my Yat and when I called, I was told that the company don’t make the previous noodles anymore. I didn’t believe her, but I wasn’t in the mood for her rudeness today. No more!!!!!!! It’s hard enough trying to ignore the rude rude rude rude rude lady, Lisa, who takes your order and answers the phone, but to have to deal with bad food and her, I’ll pass. Thanks for the pass good years of great food that I did get from them. I’ll make my way down the street to Johnny’s.

terrible customer service i asked a question and i got hung up on.Then called back and recieved the most rudest person to pick up the phone first off i was charged 15.00 for shrimp egg foo young and it was in a lunch special container. i have been coming here since i was a child with my mother its a shame

My scallop and vegetables was 90 percent vegetables. The lady behind the counter screamed at me when I asked her about white sauce. I’ve gone there several times, however, the quality of the food and service has reached a level too low for me to go back. I’m not going back to Mainland.
