I used to enjoy going here for the food and the quiet environment. However we went on eid and made the biggest mistake. Hookah was okay. We ordered chai and a dragonfruit refresher. The chai never came. We reminded the server after 25 minutes he said it was almost ready. Another 20 mins went by and we told him we wanted to cancel the chai and get a soda instead. He told us it’s too late to cancel as it’s ready now. Another 20 mins went by and it never came, when we asked him what was going on, he gave a weird explanation that made no sense. 5 mins later he came back and told us he cancelled the chai cus it was taking too long and gave us 1 water bottle “on the house”. The dragonfruit refresher was a mason jar filled with strawberry syrup and a lime. We didn’t even bother to say anything about that at this point. Then came the check, where there was a mysterious $9.87 tip that we didn’t add. We were a party of 3. We asked about that and he said “it’s mandatory, it’s nothing new”. Yet it’s not written anywhere. Gratuity is usually for tables over 4 and the receipt will say gratuity, not tip. We definitely won’t be returning.

I had a terrible experience due to the extremely unpleasant attitude of the manager. My friend was wearing a hat, and the manager rudely demanded that it be taken off. Although my friend agreed to remove the hat, the manager refused to allow us in while wearing it. It would have been more appropriate for the manager to ask politely. As a regular customer who used to recommend this place to others, I am now deeply disappointed and will no longer frequent this establishment or recommend it to others. Previously loved the food and vibe.

It’s very good for hanging out and studying. The staff are very friendly and provide good service, but the main thing part for this lounge is hookah, and it’s not good. You have to ask them many times to fix it because it goes bad every 5 mins. One Hookah is limited to only two people and they charge 10$ extra for any additional smoker.
