Best gluten free chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Also a huge variety of other items that work if you are dairy free, soy free, nut free and corn free. Highly recommend!

When I realized I had to cut out gluten I thought I had eaten pierogi for the last time. I was so excited to find such a wide selection of flavors of gf pierogi here but also that they actually taste traditional! I boil and then pan fry them with onions and serve along with gf kielbasa and home made coleslaw. My favorite are the potato filled because I’m also dairy free otherwise I would buy the cheddar/potato filled. I can’t wait to try pumpkin next! Also, their chocolate chip cookie pie slices are one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.

I am so excited this place exists! I have food allergies to gluten, most grains, soy, dairy, and egg – which as you can imagine makes it incredibly difficult to find products like bread, wraps, pasta, etc. that I can eat. Every few months I place a big order of things here to last in my freezer. The ingredients are simple and the prices are so reasonable. I am so grateful for this place!

There are quite a selection of breads, and other items here if you suffer from Celiac, or have a gluten sensitivity.however, the person in my family dealing with this issue didn’t find things particularly tasty here, and preferred things that we could get at our local stores instead…. It’s always a matter of personal taste, so I would still recommend anybody looking for gluten-free breads and other items try this place out.

We had pretty low expectations because many gluten free bakeries we have been to up and down the Northeast coast are just “ok”. This place has excellent pierogies!!! Follow the instructions to boil and then fry them. We pan fried them in generous amounts of olive oil with onion garlic and sea salt. Crisped them up on each side and let blot on paper towels before serving. We tried beef and potato. Potato was the winner for us at least. Both were good. They did not fall apart in frying. Just make sure you use enough and hot enough oil and shimmy the pan gently frequently to prevent sticking! Personally we used a wok and no sticking with those tricks. Oh and after boiling them we let them rest on a plate individually olive oiled and salted so that they did not stick together because they wanted to and there was a few minutes between boil and fry.

Love the ciabatta rolls. The chocolate chip cookies are deliciously chewy. I can’t wait to try the English muffins in the morning, and I have to work the pierogi into this week’s menu. The pita chips are good, but could use less salt.

Awesome selection of homemade frozen GF goods. The pierogi and tortillas looked tempting. I ended up getting a pasta salad for lunch which was delicious. Note this store does not do custom lunches, just pre-packed items.

Went to their Grand Opening yesterday and bought a bunch of stuff!! The pasta is fanTAStic as is the pizza dough. Havent tried the dumplings yet, but cant wait! So happy to have this locally owned, celiac-friendly baker right in our backyard!!!

Great totally Gluten free bakery. Some baked goods and a variety of gluten free dough products, which are very good baked. It appears that many products are not just gluten free, but totally allergen free.
