Got 2 roast beef sandwiches. Apart from not being made the way I asked they were absolutely the worst roast beef sandwich I ever had. They were so warm and soggy and had a bitter taste. I wouldn’t recommend it. Maybe the other stuff is good.

I ordered the ” fish n chips” and I was hungry and pregnant and I was Soo looking forward to eating a good fish n chips dinner. I am very disappointed and upset about the sad frozen patties of fish and coke soggy fries with iceberg lettuce two olives long sliced carrots and one pepper with two half sliced tomatoes. If I knew the fish was just patties I would have just ordered a fish sandwich.:( I hope to possible get a refund or have someone reach out and make this first time experience better because at this point I’d never want to reorder here again.

I ordered a steak bomb sub for lunch and it literally was the best steak sandwich I have ever had in my life!! Even my picky a$$ wife said it was perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly got to give that Sub an extra star! It was that good. Highly recommended! Prices were very good. Excellent service as well.

Very rude owner. She didn’t know how to do a refund. My husband is handicapped(deaf) and I was speaking for him. Told us she didn’t like me but she liked him. Said too bad you have HER. He was being taken advantage of. He needs someone to help him handle some situations and she was abusive rude to me while I was helping him. Told me not to talk. Watch out for her

I will never order from here again!! I requested a roast beef sandwich on a bulkie roll, what showed up was a sandwich on a hamburger bun and I paid $8.00 for a sandwich I could have paid half at a fast food place!! NEVER AGAIN!!

The food was pretty good. My disappointment is the prices that are on their website do not reflect the actual prices that they charge. For instance, online steak tip salad is $10.00 but it is actually $14.95. I brought this matter to the attention of the lady at the counter. She said the prices have gone up but have not been updated online or on the take out menu. She was very rude. I could hear her talking about my friend and myself to the cooks because I brought up this matter. She said she doesn’t make up the prices. I will not be going back to Mak’s. I gave two stars because the food was good but the service was not.

I have been a regular patron here many times. Food was always good, but after what happened happened today, I will not return. I ordered a turkey pocket to go. Came to pick it up with my wife, we decided to sit there and eat. When I told the lady at the counter this, she got visibly and verbally upset. She was upset/ thought for some reason that she was not going to be getting a tip. If only she knew that I tip even when I do a pick up! We paid, didn’t eat and I left the food for them as I couldn’t believe how rude a person could be!
