The atmosphere and the service of the place was a bit disappointing. We decided to dine-it at the restaurant and were served the entrees in plastic bowls. The chairs were stacked up even at peak dinner time. The vibe and ambience of the place was quite dull. I would not recommend to dine in at the restaurant. The place is fine for pickup if you’re looking to try some Kerala cuisine.

Ordered parotta with chicken varutharachadhu, beef ularthiyadhu and garlic shrimp. Beef was good but chicken tasted stale and bad. Parotta was hard and chewy. Garlic shrimp was spicy with raw masala. This place used to be good pre COVID. Now the quality had come down. We went on a week day and it was just us in the restaurant. There are not many Kerala restaurants in the bay so I really wish they maintain quality.

Nice Kerala curries! We had biryani, fish mango curry, beef masala, and the anchovy fry with a couple paratha breads. All tasty and well made. The shop is running on low staffing as orders is made thru the online clover system. Reasonably fast in serving.

You get good Kerala food. I tried their parrota and beef roast with pallada payasam and sharbat. It was really good but I think they could be a little pricey. Nevertheless, decent ambiance and good service I must say!

Sometimes scary looking places have amazing food. We had a really kind server who made good suggestions on what to try as I have never had Kerala food. It was really well made, great tastes and very tender. The only dig was everything was served in take out containers with plastic cutlery. The one server was also confused on what we were ordering until the second really kind guy came. So the dine in experience is underwhelming but the food was worth it.

This is not kerala style food. Porotta was dry and chicken 65 cannot even pass as regular chicken fry. Chinese style fried rice has frozen vegetables not even thawed properly. Diposable glass and spoon/ forks provided .Flavorless food. altogetther low quality food served in a not at all impressive interior restaurant.

I am not sure if I was unlucky. I dined in. Everything was served in plastic to-go containers and plastic utensils. The fish was super dry, So, was the rice. No flavor in the curry. Very disappointed. We have previously ordered and it used to be good. Hope they fix it.

Best mallu food in the Bay Area, and it’s not even close. Ended up taking out a bunch of food after we had lunch, and all of it has been great! The chemeen masala, fish biryani, chicken roast, thallaseri biryani.. all 5 stars. Having the egg curry and mango fish curry for dinner, expecting that to be mind blowing as well!
