I have tasted a decent amount of different curries in my time. Malika remains on top compared to the other ones I have tasted in the area. From loving vegetables and greens to loving meat. You just can’t go wrong from the aroma you get from that first smell, and it’s hard to go wrong with the menu, and the flavor palettes you experience from that first bite. I’ve had curries cooked by people in England who have been cooking those same recipes for 40 years, When I get that first taste and smell of Malika it takes me back. The presentations and all are on point. Keep this place in your list of places to check on and go to frequently. You absolutely cannot go wrong.

This was our second time trying Maluma Canteen but this time it was the Mount Pleasant location. The service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were friendly. The food was perfect. We had the Chicken Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan, Hot Chai, Chapli Kabab, Dahi Pori, Gulab Jamun, Nutella Naan, and the Masala Poutine. Everything was full of flavor and hot. The server brought us a Nutella naan for my husband’s birthday which made our experience even more perfect. I highly recommend. They offer indoor and outdoor seating.

I strongly recommend this restaurant. I don’t normally take the time to write a review, but this place deserves one. Their food will transport you. If you want food that will awaken tastebuds you didn’t even know you had, Malika is the place to go. I have had Middle Eastern food before, but all of that pales in comparison to the colorful plates of happiness served.

We had a wonderful experience at Malika this weekend. The aroma and ambiance of the dining area were appealing and relaxing. Our server, Sonia, was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She also answered all of our questions and made several excellent recommendations.

Tried this place for the 1st time today. Omg can you amazing. The music was good and the food was amazing. The waitress Ms. Renee was awesome. She was knowledgeable about each item on the menu. She also recommended a very tasty meal. (Queen’s Road) the tropical Negroni drink was very tasty as well. This was definitely a great experience.

Located in a shopping area, this is a great venue offering dining in, to go and outside dining. A military discount is available with appropriate ID. Parking is dynamic as it is shared amongst the other businesses in this shopping district. There was no charge for parking and I found parking not to be stressful.

Food was AMAZING. SONYA was also AMAZING. Wonderful customer service. I love how cozy the restaurant was. I HIGHLY recommend the Paneer Tiki Masala. It was absolutely delicious. I don’t eat out much but I will be saving all my meals in restaurants for this one!
