Hello What I ordered was not on the menu so don’t be surprised if you don’t see it but here it is. Parmesan herb fries with mozzarella cheese. Let me tell you this is a heck of a snack. The fries were not the typical restaurant fries, they have skin on them but I still like them. They were delicious. Let me tell you the picture speaks 1000 words now when it comes down to the atmosphere, the music they were playing, was not my taste if you don’t like a lot of profanity, if you family-friendly as a parent is best to get the food to go. But the food was delicious. The service was decent. I was attended to soon as possible. Only thing kinda awkward about this place is the parking is a little scarce. I’m looking forward to going back trying to sandwiches. Also the price for the first that I purchased was pretty good. It was less than seven dollars.

I’ve been to this food truck a few times and it never disappoints!! I’m allergic to beef so I was afraid I would be limited in my options but, to my surprise, they offer chicken too! The cheesesteak was phenomenal and the fries were to die for!! I love this place!

So. I came here based on a review I read. Ordered a regular Philly and I must say it’s one of the better ones I’ve had. Ever. You can tell they focus on cheesesteaks. Not just have them on the menu. Meat and cheese balance were on point. Bread done right. Was outstanding.

I’ve been addicted to this place since I lived in SA and when they only had 1 food truck. While I lived a few minutes away from where they were, the Philly Cheesesteak never made it on one piece and by the time I was around the block from my house, the thing was gone.

I finally tried Malik’s and they did not disappoint, hot fresh and seasoned to perfection. Exceptional customer service and they take pride in making cheesesteaks, who knew there was a science to making cheesesteak, Malik knew that’s who. So go ahead and be greedy and get the large because I promise you, you will not be disappointed. the sandwich in the picture is “the elder” it comes with all the cheeses and double steak. I know it may look messy but that’s because it’s stuff to the brim with deliciousness. (Recommend for cheese lovers).

I’ve read raving reviews of this place, and today I was craving a Philly cheese steak. If you like soggy bread, nearly ground steak, then this is your place. If this is the absolute best philly cheese steak San Antonio has to offer, then it all aligns with all the best this best that recommendations I get often, only to walk away disappointed. You even have to pay extra to make it almost decent with mushrooms and bell peppers. I’m only one customer so I hope they continue doing fantastic business, just not mine.
