Try the Caribbean corn. Don’t try the Mahi Mahi. Cooked like leather. Great atmosphere in back. Staff is a bit cliquessh and will let your good sit under the light while they chit chat. Tough to watch.

Service is horrible and waiting for food is what you wouldn’t expect after ordering tacos which are made super soggy and bland. (Restaurant isn’t even full to consider wait time). 45 mins for a tasteless shrimp taco is frustrating. Staff isn’t friendly either. Would never come back.

Wow!!! The Carne Asada steak was freaking amazing!!! So much flavor!!! (Hubby got, no pic) The burritos are huge. This is the best hidden gem in Whitefish…we went to a few places, and this was our fav!!!! I got the burrito. So flavorful!! Totally recommend!!!

Honestly, this place has really delicious food, but it is a shame that the server has a serious attitude issue, can’t fill up your water glasses after an hour long wait (we had to get up and ask a different server for some), let our food sit under the heat lamps for at least 10 minutes (it was sitting up there when my husband got up to ask about water refills), and then served the food cold. In fact the beans and rice were hardened from cooling. We all thought the food had great flavor, but the entire experience was absolutely awful. The amount of attitude we received when we checked on our food (people that came after us received their food before us), and then to throw even more attitude when we asked for the check because we wanted to get out of there as we were starving. The male server was great and I wish we would have had him as he was busting his butt and ended up helping us more than our actual server did. It was really disappointing because I think the food would have been wonderful if it was served at proper temperature and time.

The perfect stop after a long day of traveling to west glacier. We would highly recommend going on Monday for margarita Mondays! They had fast, excellent service, thanks Nate! Located in fantastic and family friendly downtown Whitefish. This is the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner.

Came in on a busy Friday night last minute. Food was good but could be better but also it’s a late night bar. Don’t expect Gordon Ramsay back there cooking. Sat at the bar Annie was great and made sure we were taking care of. Highly recommended it.

The California burrito was FANTASTIC – so much flavor! Would definitely recommend. Shrimp tacos were just okay, nothing special. I preferred the California burrito over the tacos. Tacos were small and overstuffed with slaw and only two shrimp, not spicy at all. Chips and salsa were super good!

I ordered chicken limon from the entrees which smelled and tasted really bad. The rice that came with the dish had weird texture and taste. The beans were undercooked. I asked to the waiter to take the plate away because the dish smelled so bad I thought I might puke.

Mama Blanca’s located in the heart of Whitefish MT. Lots of parking spot and the location is very accessible. The ambiance is very chill and everyone were welcoming and friendly. We ordered the burger, mama’s burrito, quesadilla and nuevos rancheros, the plating were very pleasant and of course, they were all delicious. They also have complimentary chips and salsa that were really good. Would highly recommend to everyone visiting in Whitefish!
