The pulled pork bbq sandwich I had was delicious!!! My husband had the Jungle Jim sandwich and also said it was delicious. We just moved here from NC and will definitely be back. My husband asked for a side of ranch dressing for his fries and they didn’t charge him for it. I don’t remember the last time a restaurant actually included ketchup with the carry out order. Great customer service!!

The very fresh bread was the best part of this experience. The main ingredient of the sandwich, Italian Sausage, was so thin, a miniscule sliver of meat, that it was tasteless. As you can see in the photos, the sausage was paper thin. The frys were soggy, limp and likely have been sitting for quite sometime before being placed on my plate. Looking around those who ordered pizza seemed pleased. If I came back, I would five the pizza a try and nothing else.

I placed an online order at noon for 5:45 PM pick up. Called and confirmed at 5pm and the girl said yes. Upon my arrival I walk up to the counter and everyone was scrambling to do whatever they were doing, could NOT FIND our order in the online system , finally found it under our first name vs Last. The salad that went with our dinner was sitting on a table – for how long who knows. We didn’t eat! We purchased a hurricane 2 topping which was hot and good. Our mamma special of chicken stripss and French fries – was cold, the fries were nasty the breadsticks appeared to be under cooked and with a pound of chicken 10 french fries is alittle lame for 15.50! Clearly that was prepped and sat as well! What appeared to be a manager (male) said I am out of here and call me if you need me ,But I hope you don’t call me. In the future help make your 4 counter associates more clear of surroundings and not trip over each other doing NOTHING and clueless to order pick up. I did not tip!

This place used to be the best. Went down hill bad. Kept giving them a chance. Chicken sandwich was just over cooked tenders on bread… cold but over cooked… delivery was late so couldn’t eat on my lunch hour on several occasions. Your burger meat is literally very gross. Hopefully you guys fix your issues before you lose alot more customers.

Ordered chicken strips on Saturday night online which we figured it would be busy. So when we got an hour and a half wait time we we were fine with that. So we waiting the hour and a half and like fifteen minutes more and we had not got our delivery. So we waited a bit longer and then we decided to call and check on our food. We were told that they had checked with the cooks. When they returned to the phone they told us that they were in the middle of a busy time and it would be longer, we asked how long and they said that they had not even started our order and that they are busy. This is not the first time we have had problems with our order. Will not order from them again. Terrible service and workers do not even know what customer service is.

I found the service in the banquet hall to be lacking. We had about 50 people and only one lady attending us. Each table had about 9 people. We got one pitcher of water each. Some didnt even have ice. The place was not even set up, even though they knew we were coming. It was an hour later when we got our food. I wouldnt use Mama Cimino’s like that, again.

We seated ourselves and were served very quickly. My husband ordered the Italian meatball sandwich and I did the Italian beef sandwich and added cheese. The sandwiches come with fries and a pickle spear (I give mine to my husband). My sandwich came worth au jus that is perfectly salty and full of flavor. It’s a decent sized sandwich that I can never finish. It heats up well for me the next day (wrap the sandwich in foil and put in a zip lock bag before putting it in the fridge).

Taco Tuesday!!!! The tacos were cold and lacked flavor. The price on the website states $1.00 a taco YET they are $1.55 in the location. Service was slow. The waitress was a sweet girl but slow.
