Cozy old school American Italian cuisine. Very generous portions. Food is rich and heavy hence the American Italian notation. Service is good and respectful. If you are lucky you will get to hear songs and music. You might even see Mama Della.

This may have been the best dining experience I have ever had! When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by many staff members, and they even brought us extra chairs for the huge stuffed animals my kids won from Universal. They brought out a large basket of different types of breads, which was golden, considering all of my three kids were starving. Our waitress, Lindsey, may have been the best server we have ever had. The food came out super quickly, and not to mention, it was DELICIOUS! She even brought out a birthday dessert for my daughter and I. We were also serenaded by a trio of singers at our table, which made for an even better experience for my kids and I. when I’m in the area again, I would definitely come back here!

Outstanding evening of fun and good food. This is one of the best experiences normally found outside of any theme park. Music and food, amazing ambience. Pasta taste great, the wine was very good; not cheap but the service and food matches the price. Lovely waiter from Colombia looked after us, cannot remember his name, plus the amazing musicians, so friendly and made our evening extra special.

Lady at the front door was very rude and nasty with attitude. It’s not worth all the hype it’s getting. We have experienced the worst time. They say they are open at 5 pm and opened the doors 5 minutes then she greeted us with attitude, made us wait, sat us by the door then moved us to the back of the dining are where we couldn’t be seen. The food is decent. Gnocchi was mushy. Manager was very pleasant and apologetic. Wouldn’t dine there again.

Absolutely loved the place! Took the water shuttle from City Walk and it was the best dining experience of our trip. From the friendly staff to the delicious food it was just a great time. Throw in some live music as they walked around singing to your table taking your requests to the good prices (especially for Universal Resort), you just can’t have a better dining experience.

We came by for magical dining and were really impressed. The moment you walk in you smell all the delicious smells. We had Calvin as our waiter and he was great! Made sure to keep our food coming out at a consistent pace, all of it was delicious and plenty of delicious recommendations. We tried the pasta fagiole, bolognese and cannolis (not pictured because we jumped into them right away).

We came for a date night and from when we first sat down up until we left this was by far the BEST restaurant experience I’ve had EVER and I have worked in the food industry for years. I have been wanting to go here since I worked for Lowe’s back in 2015 at a sister property. I’m thankful that it didn’t happen until now so that I could truly enjoy everything like I did last night! I’ll be honest from the water lol to the food everything was on point. Server was GREAT he knew his food pairings with the wine and gave us really great recommendations while still being so attentive to us. The wine selection is impeccable from my experience we got a bottle and it went with everything we ate it’s a MUST try! Calamari was the best we had ever had and we eat a lot of calamari, it was so good they just melted in your mouth! They chose really great dishes to feature if you are doing Magical Dining. Food was nothing less than mouth watering. Hats off to the chef!!! The Gelato was like no other. To end the night we got a cappuccino and got to meet Mama Della herself, such a beautiful soul. We will be back sooner than expected after telling everyone about our amazing experience!
