Pretty good. I never understood the hype about going out to eat ramen before. Finally came to a ramen place for my son and I totally get it now. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Establishment was kept clean. I probably won’t come back to this specific one though because of the location. But I’m not gonna knock any stars for it because it was good food.

Great food and tea. One of the best features about Mama Ramen is you get a paper menu to mark up so you get your dish exactly as you want it. Parking was the only issue as it is on a busy, main street.

We were excited about trying a new ramen place up in Kansas City and came across Mama Ramen. It was a nice surprise to discover we get to build our own ramen here, along with a boba tea, if we chose. It didn’t take long for our ramen to reach us and boy, was it great. The appetizer came out shortly afterwards and was just as amazing. Definitely a great place worth going back to in the future. Parking is limited, so find a spot, pay the meter, and come on in!

I was excited to come here since it looked like a cool hole in the wall place. Although I was 100% dissatisfied with my experience. I’m definitely not happy with the super small portions of Ramen they give. Especially for the price. I strongly suggest not eating here and just sticking with their cool Ma ma teas they provide.

First and foremost, they have no parking. If you make the mistake of parking behind the building they hopefully have signs right as soon as you enter that say if you park behind the building you’ll be towed. However, that’s the only negative I could find. It’s bright clean and organized it’s very easy to order they give you a Sharpie and a menu you can make your own pics. They have a spot where you can let them know if you have allergies. Once I got the food I was incredibly impressed I’ve been looking for good sesame balls for about a decade not having any luck. I found them today.

Stopped in for the first time to have dinner before going to Recordbar. The menu was very interesting as it allowed you to build your meal. One thing I will point out, if you don’t understand Asian spicy you better be careful lol. I like spicy foods so I was prepared.

Absolutely. Coming from the west coast, I get a little nervous about Asian cuisines in the middle of the Midwest. This place had great reviews and I’m glad I trusted them! Ordered a create your own ramen (pork broth, pork belly, and typical toppings) with some egg rolls and I really enjoyed it. Overall, fair prices and easy takeout options, too.
