Amazing Filipino food, baked goods and groceries. There is a large selection of hot food ready to go or you can order off the menu. Food comes out quickly and it is very fresh. The restroom and space was clean and tidy and they have plenty of seating inside and outside!the

The cashier was pleasant and helpful, the food was good. They have limited seating inside that also serves as a Phillipino convenience store. They also provide limited outside dining under a canopy. It was a good experience so I would get food from their again.

First time at this restaurant and it was alright. The food is pretty bland, flavor is pretty subtle. I expected more but pretty disappointing. Even though the food was greasy and flavorless, at least they have a little market of Filipino snacks which it’s seems nice. Restaurants needs to be cleaner and neater, it looks pretty messy in there. Overall food was not worth going for again.

Great place great food. Second restaurant opening a few blocks away on route 40 for burritos and bubble tea. Also great for Filipino groceries and catering for deserts such as turon.

My Philipino friend took us there for lunch, he said it is authentic hometown food. We enjoyed trying different food, all was pretty yummy. Will go back and try some more. They also sell a lot of Philipino snack food. Looked very interesting, will definitely go back and explore.

Im origanally from Sorsogon Bicol. I ordered pinakbet, chicken adobo, fried tilapia, beef mechado and halo halo. The pinakbet was watery and tasteless and I was not able to eat the whole medium cup of it. The chicken adobo was like sinigang na baboy, the meat was not coated with rich flavor of soy sauce, venigar sugar, black pepper and garlic because it was just boiled. The fried tilapia was cooled well, but it was also tasteless. The beef Machado was also tasteless without its ingredients and the gravy was not all that because the sauce was lack of fats, tomato sauce, annato, banana ketchap and its greasyness for it to formed with rednish golding color. Its like a hospital food. These meals are perfect if you’re trying to reduce your blood pressure. Now the halohalo was pretty good, but I spooned something flat and I thought i chewing on a rice crispy, but I was actually chewing on a pink plastic that was cut in triangular shape. I won’t be returning soon and I hope these gets better in the future.

Very good! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had the ribs. Excellent! I’ll be back for more good food. I appreciate you allowing me to sample some food. Update: this visit the ribs were cold in spots. I guess they were reheated. The taste was not as good as the last visit. I need to remove a star on the food.

I was rooting for the success of Mama Rosa, especially since good, authentic Filipino food is hard to come by in MD. I’ve been going here since they opened but over the years I’ve realized that the only thing that has remained consistent is the cashier’s terrible attitude whom i observed to have a short temper and appears to be extremely annoyed with customers and coworkers. This has been noticed by me and numerous people. I excused her behavior all these years as I loved their food so much, but my recent visit was the last straw. I’ve always ordered lechon kawali, 1 scoop of white rice and 1 scoop of garlic rice (since it was super flavorful!), and the sabow of the day. This time the lechon was extremely under seasoned, I couldn’t even tell the difference between white and garlic rice, and the sabow tasted like diluted nilaga. Their food was the last saving grace of my support for Mama Rosa. I used to excuse the awful customer service because the food was so good, but now they have no redeeming qualities. They lost a loyal customer. One star for the turon on the table though, it was good
