The food took forever to come out, ruined the whole mood. And it was microwaved, so it should have been much faster. The taste was ok but not worth the wait.

Restaurant was clean and spacious, customer service was great ,I called in my order and waited 20 min before I left then I went there and waited an extra 20 -25 minutes, the food pricing was kind of on the spendy side, we ordered the XL potatoe greens (standard size) and regular size Jollif rice w/chicken and paid $53.00. The potatoe greens were too oily , wow and the flavor was way too bland, it tasted funny, and I’ve had flavorful African food over the years and this by far was the most unflavorful, what saved it was the pepper sauce, if the pepper wasn’t an option I really don’t think we would’ve ate it. The meat within the greens was hard and strangely dry , and again no seasoning, the jollif rice was good and seasoned well I really like that a lot , the chicken quarter was juicy within it, the hot pepper spice that came with it was the best out of the whole meal, I would buy a jar of that next time if they sell it. I personally probably wouldn’t rush back to order from them again if I want African style food.

I’ve only tried 3 African kitchens in my life and this place would rank 2nd in terms of food! The food was delicious the flavor is there. The downside I was disappointed with the lack of meat on the bones not much at all and how greasy the spinach was not good it was very saturated in grease. My daughter had fufu and egusi, it was too hot and fufu didn’t bowl like it should her words also a lack of meat in hers she said customers should be able to add the spice themselves. Overall good food!

Delicious meal. Kitily torborgee for me and couscous with fish for-my partner. The torborgee was spicy and flavorful. The couscous pilaf was nicely seasoned- not too salty. Fish was yummy. And the gingerbeer soft drink sweet and refreshing.

Great food. Great service. Great staff. The server/cashier was so friendly and helpful. It was our first time and he showed us their pix and entree descriptions on the computer. The food may take a bit but chill. Great food takes time. My son planned for us to visit this restaurant and was so happy. You will be too. Stop in.

This what you get for 11$ dry rice. I can literally make this myself at home. I was so disappointed and the lady in the kitchen don’t know how to talk to customers/ employees.

Once you walk in you know by the smell that you came into a place that serves delicious food! I’ve only been here a handful of times because of commute (it’s worth it every time). So many options to choose from, honestly you can’t go wrong with any of them. If you love flavor, spice, and authentic African food you have come to the right place. The atmosphere is so bright, welcoming and most of all CLEAN! The restaurant is well kept and that’s so appreciated. If you ever wanna try new food do your self a favor and give MaMa Ti’s African kitchen a shot. They always leave me wanting more! P.S. get either a bottle or a gallon of their ginger drink – so refreshing!
