I Wanted a refund because the noodles weren’t edible! they tasted, smelled and looked expired! The manager wouldn’t refund me even though I didn’t eat 99% of the noodles, he’s that cheap and also offered more noodles of the same batch? He only wanted to give me noodles as a refund instead of offering something else. I’ve been coming here since they opened and am a local. Horrible business, wish I could upload a picture of the noodles

Excellent cuisine. Since you have to walk through the line and tell them what you want, you can choose from the majority of the options at a buffet without having to eat everything, this is really the only way I want to eat Chinese food in a pandemic. It was easy to pick up and take our lunch home because of the helpful employees.

I called in for a take out order. House lomein and house fried rice was the order. I got one to go plate with 2 scoops of plain fried rice and a serving of lomein noodles. Both of which were scooped off the buffet line. No meat in either. The sweat and sour sauce tasted burnt some how.

Three weeks ago we had an experience at Mama Fu where the card machine was down and they were using their tablet to take payments. To our surprise we were double charged. It looked like they were not going to do right by us, but after several communications with them they did do right by us and paid our money back.
