Cafeteria style with amazing down-home cooking & super friendly staff. Mama was out sick the day we stopped, but her restaurant was in great hands! Her son made us feel like we had stopped in to have lunch with friends. We missed the street the first time, and it was 100% worth turning around. The fried chicken was everything you’d hope for & the slice of pie was the perfect end to the meal. Stop in if you’re in the area; you’ll be happy you did.

My fried chicken wasn’t seasoned and was, dry, the Mac and cheese was over cooked, and wasn’t seasoned. The Hamburg steak was cold, the pie just didn’t taste right, the tea tasted old and the lemonade tasted like water, this was 30 dollars wasted. I will most likely not be back

This place is excellent and the customer service is wonderful. I came home to visit and we literally ate here 3 times the week I was in town. When they found out I was from out of town they even gave me a free sweet tea. Best tea ever. Thank you for the great Southern Hospitality and Wonderful food.
