The strips of steak were soft and flavorful. I will definitely visit here again. The rice was a little bland, I honestly would have preferred a stir fry vegetables option with that yummy sauce instead of the rice.

Let’s get something straight here, Peru has one of the best, or maybe THE best, food in all of the Americas. This place is a great representative of that amazing culinary gift to the world. If you live in the Portland area, you should not miss this place; and if you’re visiting, make the trip to this food truck. It is located in a nicely kept, nicely organized, family friendly and clean food truck park with tables, shade and a kid’s play area. This truck has the best food there. I recommend the Lomo Saltado, Tallarines Verdes and Tacu Tacu. All dishes are delicious and cooked traditional style. Even better, many of the dishes can be cooked Gluten Free. The spicy sauce is served on the side, so you don’t have to worry about getting something too spicy, and unlike other cuisines, Peruvian food has a nice and balanced mix of delicious spices that will not overwhelm your senses but rather delight them. I highly recommend you try this place.

This cart doesn’t have anything vegetarian on the menu, but they made me a Tallarin Saltado with portobello mushrooms!! Omg, so good. Excellent flavor. My meal was vegan except for one of the salsas I tried that had milk in it (Mama’s). If you like to try spicy foods, go for the rocoto salsa. The heat was tolerable and the flavor was so yummy. 100% recommended!

I got the small Peruvian ceviche and let me tell you.. it was so refreshing to eat under the sun. it’s so flavorful and gets better with every bite. The owners are just a plus – they’re so kind, friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the menu. I will be returning to satisfy my craving.

My new favorite food card after the recent changes. Absolutely delicious. If you don’t know what to try the number three has chunks of perfectly cooked steak and a handful of state cut fries and is a fantastic place to start. Only possible complaint I could have is that I have yet to get the chance to try the dessert they are always out when I go.
