About a year ago I picked up an order and it was the wrong order. The restaurant called me and asked me to return the item. I stopped going there for a while after that, but recently thought I’d give them another chance due to slim pickings in the area. That was a mistake. Ordered a foot-long chicken cutlet grinder. There was more lettuce then there was chicken. In addition to that, the chicken was hard and dry as if it was old or sitting out and the lettuce was brown. They really need to step their game up before they lose all of their customers.

As a customer for many years, we recently had a bad experience and will no longer do business with them. Our food was not prepared the way we asked and after calling it in, we were rudely told to bring back the food as proof. As customers, we should not have been required to drive back to show proof. And instead of getting two orders corrected, they were only willing to fix one. I recommend you take your business elsewhere and avoid a similar experience.

We used to order from here all the time…stayed very loyal as the food was good and the take out special on a cheese pizza was great for the kids. The menu still advertises the special, but now they do not honor it. My fiance ordered a burger with an egg added and was specific that he did not want any pickles. He received a burger with no egg (probably still paid for it) and pickles on the burger. The pickle juice made the buns and fries soggy and barely edible. The potato skins were palatable, but the smallest I’ve ever seen. The cheese pizza was burnt. I ordered soup because I’m not feeling well and and the “chicken noodle” was ramen with a bit of chicken and tomatoes. Honestly I tried and couldn’t eat it. The soup was also put into a tin take out container which soaked the entire order. Those containers are not made for liquid! My fiance called back to explain the experience and was told he could have a free soda next time. He hung up and they called back to offer a small free pizza with next order. Honestly, I don’t think we will be taking them up on it as that was probably the last time we order from them. I’m so disappointed that this place I loved has turned in the wrong direction. A lot of money spent for straight disappointment.

Plz don’t waste ur time ordering from this place. If you don’t want to end up sick or in the hospital don’t order from here. My whole family was sick after eating from this place. NEVER again… I called the manager and he’s saying oh well. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD earned money

Pizza was delicious and the staff was amazing! I ordered by phone, you could tell that they were busy but the staff was so nice. I was accidentally overcharged. I didn’t catch it but when I went to pick the food up the staff alerted me of the mistake and returned the difference. I respect their honesty and will definitely be back.
