I would say it takes the crown for the best Jokbal for the area. Price is a little higher than before but it is what it is. Ultimately, still very delicious, quality braised pig trotters for take out. Comes with kimchi, sauces and raw garlic/jalapeno. Or eat-in with some soondae and soups. Street parking only but shouldn’t have a problem since people come and go a lot around here.

I had the spicy jokbal to go. Best jokbal in the tri-state area, hands down. Coming here saves me hours of cooking the dish with tons of ingredients and process so why wouldn’t you? So glad that this place is in business.

The size of the meat is almost half the size compare to the last order I’ve done a month ago. Also, it was super thin. I’ve ordered 3 large plates. Each order was $30 and supposed to be good for 3 people as the owner explained but it wasn’t even enough for 1 person. Very disappointed. Bad business people. I’ll never use this place again. My good $90 was totally wasted.

Bombbbbb food and great spot for casual day drinking. Must have the kalguksu, soondae bokkeum, and bindaedduk. You order at the counter, sit anywhere, and grab your food whenever it’s ready. If you’re all about customer service, bye! They’re honest people who make good food and are trying to make a living… so be kind and don’t forget to clean up after yourself – do them a solid!
