I had reviewed this place when it first opened and I’ve deleted that review and posting this on Dec 2021, mainly bc I hadn’t ordered in a while and I was very disappointed to see their quality has declined. Their pizzas were made to perfection my favorite was the Margherita. Today I received a very sloppy looking pie with some pieces not having enough cheese. It is like if it was made in a rush. There was hardly any dough and I think that just contributed to the messy look. It’s falling apart as I pull it. I called to ask what happened and they confirmed they haven’t changed management or cooks and that they made this pizza as every other one and they apologized if I wasn’t happy. So this reaction/response means I won’t be reordering from them anytime soon. Why? Bc once I was dissatisfied with a pasta at an also nearby place and I called about it and they immediately offered me another one or a credit for next time. I had a similar experience with a Chinese food place in Brickell, they offered me a credit for next order. Client satisfaction and retainment isn’t rocket science.

I ordered the #5 Cheese Steak sub. It was delicious. Meat had great flavor and the bread was nice and toasty. Very friendly service as well. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Miami.

The pizza quality was at an store bought quality and you could see from my photo that the cheese wasn’t even spread out properly and the crust was almost all burnt. The cannolis were hard and $4.99 for those two small things. Lastly the sub was decent but barely had any flavor and wings were good.
