We arrived at about 2030 hours. The young customer service person was very helpful with our selection and took our order, asking if we were eating in or taking out. We stated that we would be sitting inside and we awaited our food. Before the final order we were advised that the grill was closed and that unexpectedly now we had to take out food out. So they could close 2 hours early.

Mamma’s Pizza in Etters is as bad as ever. If you say yes to oil and vinegar on your sub, your mouth will be coated in oil. They had a long-time problem with rotten lettuce. They don’t drain their peppers, so the sub roll gets soggy fast and tastes like wet cheese. If you ask for peppers on the side, they put it on the sub anyway. When you finally give up and say NO mayo, NO oil and NO vinegar, and NO anything else, they will still somehow put mayo on it. We are no longer customers of Mamma’s in Etters.

Listen, I really LOVED your pizza. But this is a big no. I’m so sad because I would literally order at this location because the pizza is good. But clearly not sanitary at all. Clean your oven, this is gross.

Placed an order on slice and they said they didnt recieve order due to system being down. If system is down the dont accepct deliveries but yhat was prolly an excuse. Wil never order from them again as it was too late to order from anywhere.

Ordered ahead, when I showed up they hadn’t even started it, yet they weren’t busy at all. 40 minutes to make a plain cheese pizza?! I would have been much happier if I got an apology or awknolegment, even “we didn’t feel like starting it.” Something. $15 cheese pizza.

No better or worse than your average central PA pizza joint. Stopped here upon seeing that it is “New York Style”, and unfortunately, it doesn’t come close to actual NY or NJ pizza….but I have yet to find a place in this area that does.
