Really nice guys working there. They were busy the whole time but were pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent. We got Italian grinders and they were loaded up with toppings! We were really impressed… If you haven’t ever had a grinder, you’ll never go back to a regular sub again…. One of the best Mancino’s we’ve been to in Indiana…. Bathroom needs some remodeling but otherwise, good place!!!

The food was ok….Muncie is way better! The employees could have cared less that we were there. The guy that took our order was unfriendly and apparently in a hurry to take his break, as soon as we finished up he said to the room ” I’m going on break!” I would have understood if they were busy but that was not the case. Then we sat there far longer than expected. Out order simply sat there until that guy came back. I finally had to step up to the counter to ask about our order and was told it was just coming out of oven. Then they bagged it and tossed it up on the counter, hollered our name and walked away. I was astonished by the lack of customer service! MUNCIE is where my $ will go from now on with that establishment.

This is based on a dine in experience. I and my party ordered our food, received our drink cups and number placard. We got our drinks and chatted it up for about 10 minutes when our pizzas were brought to our table. My pizza was hot, crust was crisp, undercarriage was not, and was somewhat flimsy. Sauce was darker red and fairly light in flavor. I ordered the Mancino’s Pride. The toppings were good. Cheese seemed to me, as though it was a single cheese and not a blend. It wasn’t very greasy. Overall, the pizza was pretty good. The drinks were free refills. Staff was friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop for a quick bite to eat, however, it’s 3 star pizza.

I went to Mancino’s with my partner and we ordered a meat lovers. They made our order super fast and we enjoyed the few arcade games that were available while we were there. All in all the food was delicious and came out perfect. We’re already ready to make our next order!

Always delicious food! Never at any point in all my years going there has a bad experience or sub-par food. They have great pizza and the BIGGEST bread sticks I’ve ever had. But for me it’s the grinders that keep me coming back. Staff is always friendly and Aaron is the absolute best!
