Whoever is the manager is a very poor manager. There was an issue with our food, the wrong order was brought to our table, we asked to see the manager and she flat out refused to come to our table. Sent two very young timid workers to tell us she refused to talk to us and they looked like they wanted to cry. It was a simple problem that should have been an easy fix. When we went to the counter to talk to her she was extremely rude. Very disappointed someone like this is in management now. This restaurant used to be great.

I have been coming here for a really long time. I don’t know if they have a new manager or new owner, but this place has gone downhill. My order is wrong more times than it is right. They just significantly increased their prices and got rid of their Party Pack deal.

I’ll never order from here again. I used door dash but the dasher was right on time and never made any stops between the restaurant and my house. The restaurant forgot the marinara sauce so I couldn’t even use that to choke this down. Door dash refunded the order, thankfully, but we won’t be going back.

Ordered 3 streak grinders and spent $27 and they were Horrible! I paid for extra meat & cheese and there was neither on my sub. Asked for no mushrooms and there were mushrooms. It was more lettuce on the subs than anything. The subs were just thrown in a pizza box because they were out of sub boxes. We really wasted our money on these subs.

Do Not Eat Here. I pulled up at 8:40pm. Two employees were playing in the Dining Room. Then one of them walked behind the Counter put on some gloves and started making food. He Never Washed His Hands. No Thank You.

Husband ordered pizza. Pepperoni, Half jalapeno. I can’t handle jalapenos. He doesn’t eat pizza without them. He gets the pizza and it’s full jalapeno. They offer to remake it AT HALF COST. When did this become a thing? If the person taking the order jots it down wrong or the person making the order doesn’t follow instructions, why is that on us?

The “hand tossed” looks suspiciously like a thin crust. The 10piece oven baked hot wings came loose in a cardboard box. Any sauce slurped up by the box.
