I just left this restaurant, and I’ll have to say, I love the service that I received. I know I was cutting it short by coming within 10 minutes of them closing, and when I walked in, I asked if I made it in time to get a grinder. I was told that the oven was off, but that they would make me a sandwich right away. They then turn the oven back on, got my order, and made it right away. Kim was the one who stayed back and made my experience here the best. I’ve always loved the food, and I’ve been coming to Mancino’s since I was a teenager. I’m now 45. I’ve also worked in restaurants for a number of years, so I know how important the hospitality is in creating return customers. Kim definitely has that hospitality. Absolutely loved her. Great job Mancino’s.

I work across the street and always have a great experience at this Mancino’s location. The service is always top tier. The food is delicious and ready promptly. The Alfredo pasta is a favorite, as well as the personal sized pizzas. Mainly the BBQ chicken one.

This Plymouth Mancino’s is a great one! My kids & I eat here all the time & we’ve never had even one negative experience. I’m real picky about what condiments I like on my subs, such as how much & they’ve never made my sandwich wrong so that in itself speaks volumes for me! Lol. Highly recommend! ✌

Make sure you check your sandwich before you leave because they don’t give refunds. I live 20 minutes away my sandwich was made wrong and upon talking with the manager I was called a liar and not given my money back. THIS STORE IS TRASH.
