I called to make an order and our order was split between gluten free and gluten. I told them we had a few with gluten allergies and he said, “not from us you don’t.” I then asked if they had cauliflower crust and he said they didn’t have gluten free crust. (That was not my question) He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and said we must have gotten cut off….knowing we hadn’t been. He said that he hung up on me because I kept talking and he didn’t want to argue with me. I was not arguing one bit. I was clarifying and ASKING if they gave cauliflower crust. He then hung up again. I will never, ever support this business again.

They’ve gone so far down hill. Never open, rude employees. Tried to charge $0.75 when we asked for mustard. The place is freezing, and filthy. And, just to be clear 1 sandwich + 1 soda (in a can) = $21.80 ??? I’m done trying to go here. It’ll never be what it was. Garbage now.

Called on new years eve to order sandwich. Order ham & cheese grinder with mayo, Tom & lettuce and I was asked… you don’t want cheese on it. I gave him benefit of doubt.. repeated my order… and rudely he said you don’t want cheese on it? I said nevermind and hung up. My thought if my order was that difficult, I knew it wouldn’t be right.
